Stopped on our way thru based on reviews. Was not disappointed. Husband had Liver and Onions with Mashed potatoes and salad. He said it was the most tender liver he has gotten at a restaurant and was cooked perfect. I got a fish sandwich, it was okay, not the best but not the worst. Ranch fries(wedges) were excellent. Ordered pie for dessert because of the rave reviews….excellent! Definitely would stop again!

Omg the chili is the best chili I have ever eaten in a restaurant! And I asked for a cup of chili so their cup of chili is a bowl of chili and their bowl of chili is a giant bowl of chili omg absolutely delicious and the smile we got from our waitress! If we lived closer I would go broke eating here

We happened in on Friday, which is when they have fish fry, we all got perch, and it was great. The fries were not stellar but certainly good enough. They also came with a salad, which tasted fresh.

I neglected to take a picture of my fish. The breading seemed a bit dark, but it tasted like the oil was not overused and not burned.

Fantastic breakfast this morning and we stopped for lunch on our way back to the copper country. Best hot beef sandwich with real mashed potatoes (better than my grandma’s ). Also rhubarb crunch ala mode mmmmmm. Hope your round of golf was as much fun as ours was.

Terrific place to stop for lunch. We are traveling and went in at 1:30. It was still busy. I had a BLT, my husband a turkey club. We both loved our food. I indulged my sweet tooth and got a piece of homemade rhubarb pie. Huge piece. Fresh baked today. Wow! Such a humble looking place but they can cook!

My daughter and I stopped here on our way home from Independence Day weekend vacation and oh my goodness!!! It was simply THE BEST breakfast we have had in a loooooong time! HOMEMADE BREAD, yes, that’s right HOMEMADE. And every bite was just simply delicious. Do not hesitate to stop here!

Food was ok, service was wonderful. We ordered breakfast and the cheese sauce is a little much and the hashbrowns tasted stale. But coffee and service were wonderful

This is a nice place to get a good meal. My daughter and I ate brunch here a few times while we were in the area fishing. We ate from the breakfast menu, and everything seemed scratch-made and of good quality. The bread they use is from a local bakery. I had biscuits and gravy, it was a little different than the Southern style I’m use to; however, it was still good. I liked the corned beef hash and eggs. The hash was nice and crispy. We both had pies each day which were also excellent.
