Had developed quite an appetite skydiving close by, and Charros Taqueria was a convenient stop on the way back home. We ordered tacos and nachos and they were fabulous. Minus 1 star for atmosphere as it was pretty hot in the sun on the picnic tables with zero shade in the evening. Food and service were fantastic!

These small business food trucks are sometimes the best, and this one gets ALL of the stars! It was our first time trying this spot and I’m so glad we did. The employee took time to explain the menu and was friendly. We had the quesadilla, Birria tacos and Al Pastor marinated pork and chicken tacos.

I hit this place by accident about 2 years ago on the way home from Orlando. I will gladly drive out of my way an extra 30-45 minutes to stop by here. This last time I tried the cows tongue for the first time also… I’m not surprised I was not disappointed.
