When we moved out to Corona, sad there wasn’t really much to go to for food nearby, we happened to choose this little food truck and we first got the Carne Asada Quesadillas. They were amazing enough to try something else on the menu the next day and we have been hooked on the 5 tacos boxes since!! These tacos are by far my favorite that I have tried in food trucks!!! LOVE the flavor!! LOVE the price!!! We indulge at least a couple times a month and I pray they never leave!! The Chorizo burritos are my favorite tried yet too.

Breakfast burrito was awesome. Tortilla was delicious. It was our first time so we tried a taco as well and that was good also …shell was crunchy and the meat was well flavored. Will definitely be coming back. It is worth the drive.
The only down side is outdoor seating and I don’t do heat well. If you don’t have heat issues, then no problem. The is a little indoor seating area where they keep the salsa, but with just a swamp cooler it might be muggy if it is humid outside.

Absolute scam artists. Wife ordered tacos, advertised at 11.99. Charged us $47 dollars. Unfortunately she was oblivious to it at the time. Called them when I caught it 30 minutes later and he said “it was because it was shredded beef not ground beef…”

First time visit so we didn’t know the menu very well. More exploration would yield better results. That said, we had a breakfast burrito of epic size but a little dry (more queso?) and under seasoned. The chili relleno apparently done on a griddle instead of frying. Rice and beans side ok but not exceptional. I think burritos and tacos would be pretty good here. And the fish burrito looks very interesting. No inside seating and a chill wind blowing on our visit so we ate in the car.

I eat here probably once a week as I live just down the street! I love it here, my favorite is the classic bean and cheese burrito. Also the green salsa is so good! Sometimes it’s a little watery but if you catch it on a good day, the green salsa is just perfect.

Excellent service, good prices, generous portions and you can get two meals out of one burrito unless you’re a big eater and then you’ll be taking home leftovers, nice, clean dining area. Complimentary Salsa and chip bar with your meal. This place is always busy. I’ve been here about five times in the past month. Highly recommended as of 1/28/19.

WOW. I mean WOW!!!
I had 2 fish tacos combination (with beans and rice), price $11.25. I thought a bit pricey and is not gonna be enough food however when the food came, the tacos were fat with 2 corn tortillas per taco embracing all the goodness inside. The rice PERFECT and so were the beans. I left out of there a happy camper, THANK YOU CHARQUITAS!!!!
P.S. Sorry for the empty plate photo but the food was too good to stop eating to take pic 🙂
