This place was WAY overpriced. I spent $30 one regular sized meal and a zucchini. The food was decent but definitely not as good as most the other burger spots around. Everything was kind of bland. The zucchini was soggy. The ranch wasn’t that great either. The only thing I really enjoyed was their fries.one thing I will give them is that their portions were big. However, I’d rather have better quality over quantity. Another complaint i had was how slow they are. I was literally in the drive through for 15 minutes and I had no one in front of me. When your prices are outrageous you need to come with a higher quality product. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

What is advertised and what you are given. The burgers n fries we got were also slightly stale, like they cook it hours before hand and leave it in a warmer till it’s needed. The ladies at the front were really nice but yeah the food is buttcheeks.

One thing about this place is you will wait longer than usual for your food and they charge a fee when paying with card. However, their food such as cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries are flavorful. While the coleslaw chicken sandwich is a bit dry, the portion sizes are moderate so the prices are manageable.

This place was recommended to me by some friends as the food was “ good but over priced “ . I wanted treat my family to something nice as I put in an order in to this establishment. As I waited basically 30 minutes for my order , when I went to go pick up my order I was already treated with very unpleasant attitudes as it was punishment to do their dam job . I had a coupon for a kids meal and was later treated with a violent attitude as I “ needed the child present “ in order to use the coupon. I asked where was this stated ? It wasn’t on the coupon, nor at the establishment or even on the menu . The “ worker “ couldn’t defer where the rule was . I have one question for the owner of this establishment do you want business or people to feel un-welcomed. Stale tortillas, fast shoved food . I have visited this place a few times. Some hit or miss items. I used to love their burritos but as of recent have had a lack of ingredients.
I ordered the breakfast burritos, thinking they had cheese and when I even asked them to add cheese they still didnt.
The time before last, they didn’t do it either, so I ordered again thinking it was a mistake.
When I spoke to the drive thru women, she had a bad attitude as if I did something rude when I will never mess with people who make my food.
She treated me rudely at the window and now at all as when the other people are there. I got home and there was no cheese at all in the burritos. Which was really upsetting. I will not go their anymore because of that rude young lady. I pay these ridiculous prices for something to not be made the way I expect it to.

I had the opportunity to visit Charmers in Moreno Valley three times over two weeks just before Christmas, as part of my culinary journey before heading back into Vegas. Each time, I explored their breakfast menu.
On my first visit, I tried the chicken fried steak with home fries, sausage, and eggs. The chicken fried steak, unfortunately, was not as crispy as I hoped and tasted slightly undercooked. However, the gravy was excellent, and the sausage had a delightful, mild flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked to my liking.
During my second visit, I opted for pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and sausage. The pancakes were spot-on, deliciously fluffy and satisfying.
For my third visit, I chose waffles, sausage, and hash browns. This time, the hash browns were cold in the middle, which made them inedible.
On the side I ordered Biscuits and Gravy, I wasn’t pleased with the Biscuits, not much flavor.
Charmers boast a clean environment and friendly staff, which enhances the dining experience. Their portions are generous, leaving no one hungry. The coffee also has a nice flavor, making it a pleasant accompaniment to breakfast. While I plan on skipping breakfast there for a while, I look forward to trying their lunch and dinner offerings in the coming months.

They have an amazing display of different food items. The pastrami is delicious. Huge amount of meat with little bread ratio. The cheeseburger combos are great, and have that fresh grilled taste. Chili cheese fries are on point. They have the biggest breakfast burritos. Thr chicken sandwhich was delicious. I definitely keep going back. I recommend to everyone.
Update. 2nd time in a row, I ordered the breakfast burritos and am disappointed. They are delicious but when I asked them if they have cheese. I expect it. I say extra cheese and they purposely dont give me any. Very disaapointed after I clearly asked them the 2nd time because the first time I thought it was a mistake. Ordered 2 combo meals and the soda is a small and 2 combo meals were 19 dollars. The burgers were nasty they were underseasoned and taste raw. The fries taste microwaved. Overpriced foremost. 2/10 i do not recommend this place its nasty to be overpriced.

I come here sometimes because my grandparents enjoy it. Not too often but enough to write a review. Waiting isn’t that bad and the staff are doing what they have to do. But..the food? WAAAAAAYY too overpriced for the quality. If I pay over $15 for a meal at a local place over a corporation, I would expect it to be way better. You could season your meals a thousand times more. I’ve had a mushroom peppery-ish sauce on top of a chicken patty before (what), the chicken strips are always way too thick and dense, not flavorful unless I soak it into ranch..the breakfast burrito tastes like a tortilla filled with mush, the carne-asada fries don’t have enough flavor either. I could go on. I’ve tried a lot of things from the menu and sadly none of them are really up to par. Explains why most of the customers are over 60 years old. I hope someone actually looks at these reviews because something needs to be done.
