Charmed. has been in the neighborhood for over 5 years providing people with treats and excellent customer service. They have changed from a dine-in restaurant to a store-front bakery. They have a wide variety of cookies, cakes, scones, and biscuits. Along with a vast drink menu.

Wow! What a lovely find. Charmed is a locally owned restaurant owned by 2 sisters. They serve breakfast all day. I chose a BLT burger and it was fantastic. The thick cut bacon was perfectly crispy and the burger itself was tender and very juicy. There was plenty of bacon on the burger. They use fresh ground beef, not frozen, which is a game-changer in the world of burgers. The fries were good, but undercooked and limp and greasy. The general atmosphere is quaint and unpretentious, and the location, right in the heart of Mt. Vernon is unbeatable. Put this on your list of places to try.

Great sit-down breakfast spot in Mt. Vernon. They don’t have an espresso machine, so they don’t make lattes but they do have great cold brew!
The food options are great and they’re very willing to accommodate allergies. I’ve been popping in here for a few years and always had a great experience. The staff is busy but very kind.

Very chill place for a non crowed peaceful breakfast. They were very friendly and warned me and a colleague before the kitchen closed. I didn’t realize that there were no waiters to take your order. You must oder at the register and the food will be delivered to your table. Less one star for the turkey bacon not being crispy. Turkey bacon should not be served like cooked bologna. Let the heat cook it till its brown. Other than that I’ll be back…Nice place

Great little corner cafe great for a quick sit down meal or to-go. There’s seating inside and a few tables outside and it’s pay-and-go after ordering at the counter
My favorite part was their coffee ice maker – they have a machine that makes ice cubes of frozen coffee concentrate for their iced coffee drinks, I had a honey vanilla cold brew and the ice cubes were a game changer

Great little breakfast/lunch restaurant with tasty food and friendly service. Got the Baltimore Chicken sandwich with fries, a soda, and a chocolate chip cookie for $15. Chicken was well cooked and seasoned and fries were flavorful. Cookie was homemade and tasted great. Atmosphere was comfortable, spacious, and chock full of Baltimore spirit. Classic rock music heard from the kitchen, large windows filling the place with natural light, and a nice street view made my meal a sensory experience. Bathrooms clean, stocked, and decorated with nice fragrance. An affordable breakfast/lunch venue where management clearly has an ear to customer wants/needs.

This is a gem in the city of Baltimore. The food was fresh and tasted great. Every baked good in place is made from scratch and is literally homemade. We met the owner Danae and her Mother who”s recipes are used at the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and attentive and genuine.
My Wife had the breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, sausages, home fries and toast. The sausage patties were really good and the homemade wheat bread was the best we ever had.
I ordered the Bourbon Burger. Whew blow your head right off. The homemade Bourbon sauce was perfect, the burger was made with fresh ground beef and the flavor was perfect. The fries were addictive. I could have a full plate of them alone.
This is an intimate space but very well lit especially with the natural light. Feels like an old time Neighborhood spot even though they recently opened.
Danae came over to our table to ask us how was everything and we shared with her our thoughts. Told her we would definitely come back and share with our colleagues. We also asked about catering and she followed up with an email to us regarding their catering menu.
Overall the experience, the food, the location, and the name, everything is great about Charmed.
Keep up the great service and taste and this place will be around a long, long, long, time.

A good solid breakfast reasonably priced. Just know that the Saturday menu is less extensive than the weekdays. Again, it’s good quality n flavor, quick, and they are very friendly! If there was one thing that disappoints me, it’s the bacon because it’s rather flimsy w ok flavor, not a particularly hearty cut and I luv bacon!

In bmore for a night, went here Saturday morning. Appears to be a place where locals go. Appreciate they’re open earlier (8am). Clean, no frills breakfast food. Got the Gold Rush casserole for 7$. Joey would say: “Sausage, good! Hash, good! Eggs with white sauce, good!” Would return.

I wish I could eat here every morning. From the kitschy radio vibes, French toast and coffee of the day, clean and modern decor, Charmed is absolutely charming.
I opted for the Egg Sandwich, which has all my favorite breakfast things: choice of white or wheat bread, eggs, choice of cheese and meat, avocado, and ranchero sauce. Comes with fruit or home fries.
