What a cool spot… The restaurant is really nice inside including the bathrooms. The server was a sweetheart and very attentive. The food was fantastic. That Crab Rangoon was a game changer. The cheese was coming out of the top like a volcano and it was very delicious. The masaman curry was perfect. We were just passing through and we were not disappointed in our selection. If you are in the neighborhood and like Thai food, you should stop off and give them a try.

We ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer. It was listed as two rolls in rice paper. This was not the case. The description did not match the product. It said two made with fried clear noodles and vegetables wrapped in rice paper. They were three deep fried spring rolls that were clearly frozen and shipped in. I was not impressed with these. We had the drunken noodles with chicken and the Siam chicken with rice. The drunken noodles were great. The Siam chicken reminded me of just plain old Chinese food. Both were ordered at spice level 3 and was not too spicy. The server/waitress was great! She was the best we’ve had in a very long time. The cook that came out was very friendly as well. The restaurant was clean. I’d give the food a four out of five. I’d probably not order the spring rolls again. I was hoping for a freshly wrapped spring roll with fresh veggies.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today. I had the red curry, and he had crab fried rice. It was delicious. Servings sizes were nice. The waitress, Milky, was so kind and helpful. And the restaurant itself was immaculate. We highly recommend Charm!

I come here every time I’m in town for work. The food is always delicious and the service is always top notch. I don’t think I’ve had better customer service any where else in my life. Gyoza and pad Thai chicken add vegetables level 4 is my go to. Level 4 is just enough heat/flavor without hurting you.

We make sure to eat at this restaurant each time we stay at the Holiday Inn express in Tupelo. The food is delicious and very well prepared. The staff is very friendly and attentive. when you order, make sure they read the order back to you. (One of our orders was incorrect they were extremely apologetic and corrected it.)

The restaurant is located in the same location that our favorite Asian restaurants located for years called Mist. We had grown fond of the family that ran the previous business but they moved during the pandemic and shut down their restaurant.
We was happy to see that Charm has taken up residence so we decided to try it out.
We were greeted by a beautiful young lady who showed us to our table. Ironically, her mother is the owner and head server. We ordered the chicken satay and my wife ordered her favorite Thai dish, Tom Kah soup. Charm’s recipe comes with a lot of chicken and a great taste. The chicken satay comes with the two traditional sauces, one being the peanut sauce and the other being more of a sweet and sour type sauce. The both of them were very good. I opted to order the Pad See Ew. It was recommended by the young lady who seated us. It was exceptional! The egg noodles with chicken, broccoli and carrots had a great flavor. One of the servers suggested I use some Sriracha on the side for extra flavor and wow – she was right – it was great!
The meal was about 37.00 and we left a generous tip.
We found that the family moved to the area from New Zealand. They go out of their way to serve you. Your food comes to the table in a timely order and someone is constantly checking in with you.
They didn’t have their sushi menu available when we visited – we would love to try it next time.

Yes I loved it!!! Another great meal..great service…get off the road and come here..if you are here. Ask for 3 of 5 for comfortable heat. They are wonderful and food was fast and fresh..all vegetables were crisp…a must stop!

Delicious, flavorful food and a wonderful, calm atmosphere. Service was fantastic and quick. Could not recommend more! Thai tea was perfect. Get the Thai Fried Rice or Massaman Curry, you won’t regret it.

I wish I could give you a 10 star review, everything about this place is wonderful. The plating was magnificent and it tastes just as good as it looks, maybe better. The service was quick and friendly, and if you have questions they seem free to answer. 20/10 would very much recommend.

lovely restaurant environment, extra lovely people. they were so kind from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. the food is fantastic, uniquely and wonderfully flavored. i got the sesame chicken, and it was PERFECT— nice and crispy, perfect sauce, doesn’t sit “heavy” on you. they also recommended the red curry!! you can choose your level of spice for the dishes (i got mild, it still had the perfect amount of kick if you’re a baby like me). i walked in and ordered to-go, and they had it right out. they even put a precious little smiley face on all the containers which i thought was just a cute lil touch. i wish i could leave another 5-star review for this place. highly highly recommend.
