I’ve never gone to a restaurant that discourages ordering! Charm is the premiere Thai spot in our area. For a while I could barely scrounge up a morsel to taste. I would call and call to order takeout—no answer. I ended up going there in person to investigate. The place was jam packed. They said I could pick up my order in 90 minutes. I tried to be an upstanding citizen and alert them that their phone may be broken (we’re all heroes in our own way), but they also informed me they were too busy to bother with phone orders. Despite the rigmarole, the hype was justified. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. What a delight!

Recently I had the dine-in experience. It was less busy this time. Our dishes were excellent, but the flavors were not as strong as I remember. We had two broad noodle dishes: pad see ew and kua kai noodles. The noodles were soft, perfectly chewy, and carried the sauce beautifully. The portions were generous, enough for most to have a second leftover feast at home. Service was prompt and attentive!

Overall I must agree that this is the best Thai food in the area, and I’ve been to most of the others. Come see what the hype is about. I just hope this review prepares you mentally for the hustle and bustle!

Best Thai food I’ve eaten anywhere! We had an Esan Thai place that we loved in California and this blows it out of the water. We’ve been coming here regularly since they opened and have never had a bad experience.

Do not listen to any of the bad reviews, they are mostly complaining about the wait which says more about the reviewers than the restaurant. Yes, they don’t take reservations, it’s a small restaurant, and while sometimes we have had to wait upwards of 20-30 minutes it is absolutely worth it. If you avoid their peak times it’s not hard at all to get a table.

The Laab is incredible, and this is one of the only places that makes it correctly.

Their soups are also fantastic, highly recommend the Tom Yum or Tom Kra Dook Moo. It’s a healing broth, and if you like spice, they’ve got you covered.

We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and it’s all very, very good.

Speaking of which, I always feel great after eating their food, which is more than I can say for a lot of other restaurants. And their portions are very generous.

Thai tea is home made and delicious. The Yuzu soda is tasty and refreshing and they use real yuzu extract.

It can be a little loud when they are busy, but honestly, I love it, and there is outdoor seating that is more quiet if that’s what you are after.

I feel at home when I’m here, like being wrapped in a warm blanket. Personable and friendly owners and staff, incredible quality, and very reasonable prices. I have nothing but love and positive things to say about the wonderful people at Charm and what they have achieved.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We have always wanted to try this place for quite sometime. We were in talent and made sure to make our way in. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on making our experience worth it. We will for sure be coming back. If you like Thai then you have to give this place a chance, you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely top notch Thai spot hiding in a strip mall. Incredible flavors and fresh ingredients with a very attentive and highly functional staff.

Do NOT skip this spot! You’ll regret it.

This is our favorite place for Thai food. Its always very fresh and delicious. Its a small place and can be busy. Occasionally I feel we wait a little too long after seating to get service. Other than that I highly recommended.

Came here for lunch with my brother and dad. We ordered and shared three dishes: Thai fried rice, Kua Kai Noodles, and massuman curry. Everything was delicious. We even combined the dishes, which tasted awesome. Service was friendly and the decor was modern and cozy.

Tried Charm Thai Kitchen for the first time last night! We were 3 lifelong friends catching up after a few years without seeing each other so we decided to feast as the entire menu looked fantastic. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 entrees to try a little bit of everything!

For appetizers we had the vegetable roll with the plum sauce (the plum sauce reminded me of sweet and sour sauce and it was delicious!) and the spicy tots with ketchup. The tots were exactly what it sounded like, tater tots with some seasoning (which really wasn’t that spicy, and ketchup on the side) they were enjoyed by us all including the 3 year old with us (tots are always a good idea!)

For entrees we had the yellow curry which was so flavorful! I loved that they added bok choy and other fresh veggies. Very clear that they use fresh veggies and not frozen stuff like many places use. Next we ordered the pineapple fried rice that was loaded with flavor, lots of big pineapple chunks, and tons of veggies! We ordered two noodle dishes that were both fantastic but I forget the names. They were larger noodles and so tasty! The last entree we got was the ‘Pad green bean’ and I think we all decided that was our favorite!

Not only was everything delicious but they were all so uniquely flavorful so that every dish was enjoyed separately. No regrets ordering so much food as we will have yummy leftovers for a few days!

Couple of notes: we ordered everything as a level ‘1’ spicy (they have a scale of 1-3) and two out of the three of us thought that was definitely spicy enough. I personally can tolerate a medium spice and thought the 1 was perfect, I don’t think I could handle a ‘2’.

Secondly, I am vegetarian and we ordered 4 out of our 5 dishes to be made vegetarian. It was so extremely easy to order here and both of my meat eating friends said the dishes were so flavorful they didn’t even notice there was no meat.

Overall we had the most wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

This place is great. I’ve been here 6-7 times and love it. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. It’s a small place so seating is limited. They also offer take out which may be your best option if you don’t get there early. I really like the lettuce bowl. Their soups look great too, which I haven’t had the chance to try but on a winter night I’ll bet they’re fantastic.. I really think anything this place makes is going to taste fantastic.

We are more than happy to drive for this incredible food. Service is phenomenal, food is prompt and delicious, and servings are generous. The best Thai food in the valley, and one of, if not, the best, regardless of category. Would recommend for parties of any size. Outside seating is wonderful for the summer, and we wish Charm nothing but continued success.

My wife and I got several items, I got the pad Thai and the pineapple curry and my wife got the coconut shrimp and drunk noodle I think it’s called pad see ew. Everything was spectacular and delicious, we went on Wednesday afternoon and we didn’t have to wait very long. Very cute place and I believe family owned so get out and support your local families.
