Really good cream cheese wontons and egg rolls. I got the chow mein noodles with spice level 3. Would highly recommend the orange chicken as well. It was really busy the night we went so they forgot one of our orders. And they would serve other people that got there after us.

Charm is honestly one of the better places to eat in town if you’re craving real Thai food. Everything tried so far has been fresh, flavorful, and cooked right. The curries are rich, the noodles are done well, and portions are solid for the price. You can tell the food is made with care and not rushed out of the kitchen.
Service has always been friendly and welcoming, and the staff seems genuinely thankful for the business. It’s the kind of place that feels local in the best way.
The building itself could use a little updating, but that stuff comes with time and doesn’t take away from the food. The focus here is clearly on what’s on the plate, and that’s what matters most. Overall, it’s a great spot in Burley and well worth supporting.

When we first came in, my husband was experiencing a severe blood sugar drop. We asked for something sweet at the beginning, and the owner asked if he was a diabetic. After we said yes, she immediately stopped what she was doing, got him some ice cream and a sweet drink. She was so incredibly kind and thoughtful and continued to check on him throughout our meal. Her thoughtfulness and kindness alone will be a reason we’ll keep coming back.

Pork chow mein and pork belly spicy fried rice. Wontons and egg rolls. All was excellent! Spice 3 was warm, not punishing. Chow mein was seasoned perfectly imo! Pork belly spicy fried rice was great! Very generous on the pork! Awesome midday weekend meal!

I ordered the Chicken noodle soup ( Phō) it was amazing! I wish it had more bean sprouts and onions and maybe some jalapeno to spice it up but that’s just a personal preference. They give you a huge serving with tons of chicken. I would definitely recommend Charm. The service was good as well. The egg rolls were so light and crispy

Excellent food! BUT….. spice levels are very inconsistent. My husband and I frequent this restaurant and always order level 2 chow mein and pad Thai. Every other time it’s a great spice level, other times there’s no spicy. Great taste either way, but sometimes I’m craving that level 2 spice!! It might just be different cooks adding different amounts of ingredients. I would give 5 stars if this were more consistent! ALSO, it would be cool if they had a rewards program for frequent visitors, for the loyal customers!!!

Good food. Try their Pad Thai. It’s great! The highlight was the mango sticky rice! The restaurant is clean and the servers are friendly.

Absolutely loved it!! We have been back a couple times and have yet to have a bad dish. The panang curry was amazing, as well as the duck. The chicken satay was my favorite app. Zesty pad thai, and the tom kha soup was very comforting! And loved the mango sticky rice. Really hope this place stays a very long time!!

They have red duck curry, my favorite type! It was some of the best I’ve ever had.
The menu has a lot to offer with a good variety. Portions are great, wait time for your food is what you would expect, and the food came out hot. It was on the spicier side, so if you are more sensitive to spice, request that they tone it down for you.
They do seem a little understaffed for lunch, but I’m not complaining. I showed up at 11:30, and it wasn’t very crowded, but by 12:30 the place was packed.
I’m just happy to have some variety in Burley. I hope they do well and stick around. I’ll be back to try more from the menu.
