Charming vintage-themed high tea room with a lovely selection of teas and pastries. There are three uniquely styled rooms to choose from, and the friendly owner warmly welcomed us, taking the time to explain the different options.
Parking available on site.

I’ve been wanting to go to Charlotte’s Tea Room for a while and finally got the chance! Reservations are recommended and are pretty simple to make. My friend and I got the deluxe tea for two and it was worth every penny! The scone alone could have been its own meal. Service and atmosphere were impeccable. Highly recommend.

Joanne made organizing and hosting a baby shower from out of state much easier. The tea party decor reduced the need to bring lots of extra decorations. The flow of food: scones, tea sandwiches, then desserts allowed a relaxed incorporation of games. Everyone had fun and even the guys left full as the food was very tasty and the teas delicious too. She also was very accommodating for the dietary needs of our special needs nephew. Overall a wonderful tea event!

Highly recommend. Had afternoon tea with a childhood friend. We were there for hours as we had much to share and the service was great. Good food good atmosphere relaxing. Did not rush us. We sat outside as it was a perfect early fall day not a cloud in the sky. Walked about the rooms and each room was very charming and very clean powder room. My first time to this type of venue and was very enjoyable.

Food and tea were great. Scones, though beautifully handmade, lacked in their “apple cinnamon” flavor. Hot chocolate was unfortunately watery. Swiss mix is fine, but please use milk next time.

The atmosphere was very nice. I loved that they had clotted cream with the scones. Some of the tea sandwiches were fantastic others not as much.

Had such a fun and peaceful experience here with my older sister and her friends yesterday a bit before the tea room became busy. My pot of sencha tea was magnificently delicate!! And the pineapple upside down cake had so much flavor. I love the attention to detail. there was a new waitress on her first day taking our order and she was so friendly and accommodating—I’ve worked food service briefly before and know how difficult it can be. I forgot to ask her for her name but I think I recognized her from school before. Me and my sister will for sure be coming again

Thanks to all the negative reviews- I won’t even attempt.
I was aware when I called and was treated rudely.
And I was willing to give it a try…but no.
I’ll drive to Florrie Kays- a little further but not this aggravation.

A unique experience. Nice menu, everything is home-made. Very charming inside. Small rooms for dining, each decorated differently. Love all the Christmas decor.
