With love of food and a passion for creating, Michael and Robert started Charlotte’s Kitchen. Charlotte’s was inspired by Michael & Rob’s, Grandma Charlotte. Though she is only “technically” related to Michael, her unconditional love and compassion for those around her makes her a Grandma for Robert and many others. We initially started with just desserts, but we have now grown to a full blown kitchen focused on creating dishes that taste as good as they sound. We strive to serve food that has soul and love just like Grandma, using fresh ingredients & never settling for good, but striving for the best. Quite a disappointing experience. Ordered a #1 and the sandwich was incredibly dry. There were literally 3 dots of sauce on the entire sandwich. Very unlikely to come back.

Spent $25 on 2 chicken sandwiches and a side of cheese curds at 5:30pm with only 1 car in front of me. There’s literally a pile of grease in my basket and of course the sandwich is soaked with grease. Tried to eat around the part that wasn’t dripping in grease and it’s all breading, almost no chicken. Had to throw them away. Don’t waste your money. Chick-fil-A is 100% a better option.

I had the four piece chicken tenders with fries. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the chicken tenders were definitely tender and excellent dipped in ranch dressing!

Drive through only. Drive through is tight so be mindful to not drive too large of a vehicle or you will hit the curb. Prices are higher than your average fast food but worth it once in awhile. If you like spicy try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Fries are fried perfectly and seasoned well.

Avoid this place! The wait was long, chicken over fried and flavorless, and our mac&cheese sides were horrible! Dirty dining at its best. I looked up dirty dining by the Dsm. Register (later) and this location made the list! I wish we knew sooner! I would not recommend this place! KFC, Cane’s, Chik Fil A…hospital cafeteria is way better!

Fries were on point. Service was great. If this was my first time trying Charlotte’s kitchen I would not be back. Ordered the crab ragoon, as what I get in Johnston, and there was barely any condiments on the sandwich. Just mainly a big piece of chicken.

Bordered on a 3 just because the chicken is real and selections weren’t all sampled; however, i wouldn’t choose to eat here again. The sauce is way too sweet, and it ruins the tator tots. The Coleslaw was the only thing not sweet but sour, which is backward. The drive thru is a short line, only making it hard to exit. Without the special sauce and Coleslaw, it would have been okay. The sandwich had one lonely piece of lettuce. Overpriced for this meal. Sorry, Charlotte.

First, the ordering screen is great. Bright, and easy to see thank you! Charging premium prices while being stingy with the food is disappointing. Barely any sauce on the sandwiches, and the char bowl amount is not what one would expect. Person taking orders great job, person at the window is just there.
Please please please, go over washing and gloving up when people are making food. We observed a girl drinking a shake, go to helping someone clean a prep bar, to go and put together someone’s food with no glove change anywhere in there.
For the first visit, it’s kinda meh.

We had the special crispy sandwich (ghost pepper, but not very spicy), the crab rangoon crispy sandwich, Brussels sprouts, fries, and the shake special (eggnog). Everything was pretty good. The line wasn’t too long at 5pm. Fast, friendly service.
