Can you resist trying one of the best pizzas in town?
We found Charlie’s On Main Pizza through a Google search, and we’re so glad we did.
We ordered fries and chicken pesto white pizza, and it was amazing—perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and generous toppings.
The portion was more than enough and the price was worth it.
I highly recommend Charlie’s On Main Pizza!

I’m in town up from FL a couple times year for work and decided to look for a place near my hotel popular with the locals. Charlie’s on Main pizza scored 4.9 stars and isn’t a chain so I decided to give them a shot.
As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to like the place. Delicious smells, massive menu in chalk along the wall, family business feel, and hilarious banter between the folks working behind the counter.
I settled on a chicken parmesan calzone in it and it was incredible. They’re not kidding when they say they’re calzones feed 2 to 3 people.
Will definitely be back!

WOW — Charlie’s on Main absolutely blew me away! If you want incredible service, genuinely kind‑hearted people, and insanely delicious food, this is THE place to go. The owner didn’t just go the extra mile—he went the whole nine yards and then some! He was so friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy. You just don’t see that kind of hospitality anymore!
And the pizza… AMAZING. Every single person at my party raved about it. Not one complaint—just nonstop compliments! I’m already excited to order from here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Place is AMAZING. I was craving a chicken kabob wrap and decided to stop in here after the gym. Charlie welcomed me right away and introduced himself. I had my food in about 7 minutes. The wrap was MASSIVE, that’s not to say I didn’t eat the whole thing because it was delicious. Very clean and friendly place. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

This place seriously delivers. The gyro was massive and tasted incredible—you definitely get your money’s worth. The cannolis were fresh and delicious, and the owner is wonderful and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

What a pleasant surprise. My girlfriend kept bugging me to try this place because she wanted some special strawberry fields salad they have and I reluctantly agreed. Boy am I happy I did. I got myself a steak and cheese calzone with Xtra cheese and pickles and they nailed it. Had a nice proportion of doughy spots and meaty cheesy spots. Marinara sauce that they served on the side was pretty delicious as well. Had some nice flavors to it. We placed a delivery order, and the gentleman on the phone apologized that it was going to be a long wait because they were busy, still made it happen in 30 min. I had admitting my gf is right, but I’m definitely interested in trying more of their menu.

After a class playdate to Stoneham Zoo, we had a group of 19, including 7 toddlers, and Charlie’s on Main made everything so easy for me. I called to make a reservation the day before, and they accommodated us without any hassle. I placed an advance order for 5 large cheese pizzas for 5:20 PM, and they had everything ready for our group and the pizzas were warm when we arrived with kids in tow. I also want to highlight that we had a family with a gluten free request and he accommodated it without a problem. Charlie was an amazing host: he didn’t mind the toddlers running around and made everyone feel comfortable, checked in on us throughout the night, and brought us drinks. At the end of the night, he even pulled down a box of cookies and offered them to the kids, which was so sweet!! The kids loved him — he is outgoing, warm, and welcoming.
As a mom planning a class playdate after a trip to Zoolights, I was stressed, but Charlie’s made the experience stress-free and I’m so glad we chose this place, esp because I had initially called Wood + Fire and they couldn’t accommodate us. Next time, I’ll be heading straight here after our positive experience because Charlie truly went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend this spot enough to other families between the easy parking, delicious pizza, and atmosphere.

I’m a bit of a food snob, and Regina’s has been my number one pizza place for over 25 years. Never did I ever think anyone could ever come close or even compare. I was so wrong!!! My all time favorite pizza (mushrooms, peppers, onions, pepperoni, hamburger or sausage) was made to perfection. I know fresh, and Charlie doesn’t play. The crust and SAUCE are absolute perfection. Hamburger is actually done right. The pepperoni – to die for!!!
It’s hard to find excellent service to match such deliciousness. Charlie’s has that too. Both Charlie and his wife go out of their way when taking your order and delivering it. Charlie himself went above and beyond to get us our food one night after a Nor’Easter. Who does that nowadays?! Their kindness and dedication isn’t forced. Because you can’t fake the love you taste in their food and feel with their actions.
