We were coming back from Sema, headed back to Florida..stopped in right before closing time, they were the kindest people, food was amazing, good laughs..they could have easily turned us away being it was so close to closing time, but they didn’t..we appreciate you guys!! Drove through around 5 on Tuesday evening and got 8 piece white. Paid over $23.00 for chicken that was so cold and dried out that it was actualoy inedible. By far, the worst chicken I’ve ever paid money for. If I hadn’t been so tired, I’d have brought it back but given they actually passed that food through a drive thru window tells me they wouldn’t have given a crap. Never again will I ever stop by this place.

The food is always hot and freshly made. Everyone here is friendly, courteous, and quick to serve. The dining room is usually clean. It’s just the bench seats need to be recovered. As I’m sure they’re not very hygienic the way they are now.

A classic stop for food if you’re in Stigler! The food is really good, especially for a fast food. The drive through was a little slow but no big for something as tasty.

I had avoided Charlie’s because I assumed that it would be like other fast-food chicken places that I don’t care for much.
I went there with Dad recently and I was Very wrong. The chicken meals are much better than those other places and the “sliced beef” rivals any good BBQ restaurant.
On top of that, they have a large selection of good side dishes and a nice little salad bar.
I will be going back regularly now.

i am very appalled by the attitude i got when asking for SAUCES. the entire time the lady in the drive thorough was taking my order she had an attitude. i still continued to be nice, as she is rolling her eyes at me! she ended up getting her manager when we asked for sauces that we paid for. when it could’ve been simply taken care of if she just had good customer service! and explain why she only gave us the sauces she did. it’s the principal how how she treated us! what if i was having a bad day? the person in customer service has a big impact on the view of the store and how many customers you gain or LOSE. do better charlie’s chicken.

Amazing chicken and delicious sides. I can’t believe the size of the chicken pieces! They are huge! The breading has a great flavor and not overly crunchy. The fried squash is absolutely divine! It’s my favorite side dish!
