While on my way home from work, a little hungry I just so happened to pass by The Bermuda Bowl located in Lee Mass. behind it was this really bright red light, And For some reason it was enough to peak my interest. So I turned around and was pleasantly surprised to find Charlie’s Bistro bus that just opened today 11/5/2023
As I walked up to the trailer it seemed to be either brand new or refurbished. From my view it looked extremely clean inside. Now I’m no snob, some of the best food I’ve had in my sort life on earth was from some dodgy dirty restaurants so props to Charlie’s for you cleanliness.
At the window I was greeted by a male and a female standing inside the trailer(please forgive me I have sense forgotten their names) they were extremely pleasant to deal with. And allowd me to take the time to read the menu. While reading the menu Tupac and Naughty by Nature we’re playing in the background….. Yes….I know that’s not everybody’s flavor of music but it damn sure is mine.
I ended up getting the sweet chili wings and the Mexican bowl with chicken. It all came up to around $26 and some change. the sweet chili wings to my surprise were actual wings and not those cheap little fried wings. I would compare These Wings to 51 Parks sweet chili wings Due to their similar flavor profiles. The Mexican Bowl I wasn’t a big fan of, the ingredients were great everything in the bowl tasted freshly prepared but it just wasn’t really for me.
Long story short I would definitely recommend you guys check out Charlie’s Bistro bus

We had dined at Anand’s restaurant in Lee, The Station, and loved the food and his amazing knowledge about Celiac and gluten free, very important to our family. When planning a dinner party for 100 people, it was an easy decision to hire Anand’s Charlie’s Bistro Bus. Anand brought his amazing team, they were excellent, full of life, good at what they do, friendly to all and of course, the food was excellent! They set up a falafel bowl bar in the truck, a taco bar alongside. Dessert was an icecream bar with all homemade, several choices of icecream including gluten free and vegan options, cones, bowls and toppings. Highly recommend!

Amazing burgers – juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had the truffle fries (yum) and my husband had the sweet potato fries (also yum). The service was cheerful, efficient and overall smooth. And amazingly, I didn’t feel overstuffed as I sometimes do after I eat a burger and fries – perfect portion size and not too heavy. Highly recommend!

We could not be happier with using Charlie’s Bistro Bus as our food truck at my Mother’s birthday party. I’d highly recommend them for your next private party/event.
Anand and Kevin were true professionals every step of the way. They were easy to work with, answering all my questions quickly. They arrived on time and were ready to go before our agreed upon time.
Our party was about 35 people and there was never a wait longer than 10 minutes for food (they use a pager system that buzzes when your order is ready, which was great). The food is high quality combined with homemade sauces is what stood out most to us. Personally, I really enjoyed the tikka bowl with chicken, fried brussel sprouts with hot honey and goat cheese, and the street tacos with pork. Others were raving about the steak roll and the Charlie’s smash burger.
A couple more things I’d like to say is they provided a Bluetooth speaker so I was able to play music which was an added convenience. Lastly, they brought their own generator and it was never heard.

The guys’ food here is absolutely fantastic! Always consistent and with a good amount of options! The two bowls they offer are top tier and my better half loves their burgers. Definitely worth the stop!
