I tried it for the first time based on my Uncle Paul’s recommendation based on Waldon’s claiming it is the best BBQ Pulled pork. We’ll I have to say that my family was right! Charlie himself took my order. The restaurant was quite busy during lunch on Wednesday, March 1. I loved the way the restaurant was decorated. Charlie was very personable and seemed to know most of the customers. I ordered 2 Jumbo pulled pork sandwiches and they were loaded with meat, tasty, and moist. Absolutely delicious. The vinegar slaw and hot sauce complimented the meat quite well. You must try Charlie’s BBQ.

THIS is BBQ. From the moment you walk in, you smell the smokey flavor…real smoke, not liquid. The pork is unparalleled. Ive judged BBQ competitions but I ALWAYS have to stop at Charlie’s when I go through Bruceton. Charlie has this technique perfected and matches the atmosphere to give the authentic BBQ pit restaurant. Awesome train decor and flashes of when Bruceton was a representation of what classic American train towns used to be. Highly recommend
