I ordered on uber and thought I received the wrong order bc there was bacon on it and i wanted a porkroll egg n cheese so i requested a refund bc I’ve had the worst experience on uber these last couple of weeks and was just fed up…. a few minutes later I circled back to the sandwich bc I was still starving and I picked it up and it was porkroll after all and my fault that I choose the bacon option….. regardless that was the absolute best sandwich I ever had and very sorry about the refund . I hope this review makes up for it and I will be ordering from here in the future

I wish I could give Charlie’s Bagels and Deli ZERO stars. I bought a ham and turkey with American cheese here today (03/13/25) and not only was it completely unappetizing — it had THREE long hairs in it. That’s right, THREE. Absolutely disgusting. This wasn’t just one stray hair — it almost seemed intentional.
On top of that, after eating part of it, I ended up throwing up for an hour. The lack of hygiene and quality control here is beyond unacceptable. There is no excuse for serving food like this.
Save your money and your stomach — stay FAR away from this place.

Our service was good, fast, friendly and efficient. The food was very good and the cost wasn’t bad either. They do not have outdoor dining in case you are wondering (that doesn’t bother me though) they are all adhering to face covering and social distancing signs are hung though the store. I had the turkey and Swiss on round roll it was delish, and my husband had an omelet with ham and green peppers with hashbrown seasoned very nicely. We definitely will return soon

Called for the first time on a Sunday morning to order a simple egg bagel with cream cheese and light jelly. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely disgusting. Huffing and puffing the whole time we were on the call as if she didn’t know talking to people was a part of her job description. I’m not sure how the food taste at this establishment but I already have a bitter taste in my mouth. Only from attempting to place a small order.

Wont be back thanks to Lisa . When mentioned they forgot the bacon and I asked can I just pick it up from the restaurant per thats what I ordered she was extremely unaccountable for the mistake she said I should reach out to door dash for a refund instead of , giving me the bacon . When I called I gave her all my information about the order she said I didn’t order a bacon platter then , when she realized she was just wrong she still tried to make it seem like it was my mistake .I didn’t want the refund I wanted the breakfast I ordered Truly sad that this is someone who is answering the phones is suppose the be the initial first impression of the store . We all have bad days but how about checking people’s orders before you send them out . I’ll just stick with Coney Island Restaurant in the next town over they don’t have employees who treat customers like this .

I honestly wish I can give -1000 stars bc this place is absolutely disgusting! The Hispanic n blonde in the front are blatantly disrespectful, will ignore you like your not even there, will play eye-tag with you all day long when it comes to picking up your food, even though your coming to order from THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, Trust I will be taking my coin elsewhere I suggest u do too.
