On Tuesday December 9th 2025 at approximately 3:10 pm, I placed an order. I placed my order with the cashier a Philly steak and cheese. I asked for No mushrooms, no tomatoes, no lettuce. When I picked up my order there was lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich. I approached the cashier (Martha) to let her know that my sandwich was made wrong however she was on the phone, and did not even try to end her phone conversation to fix the problem with my order. When she finally decided to end her phone conversation after 5 minutes of me standing there, she took my order again. I CLEARLY STATED that I did not want lettuce or tomatoes over 5x. They remade the sandwich with tomatoes. I told them it was still made incorrectly. They said they would not make my sandwich again. I asked for a refund. I informed to cashier that maybe if she wasn’t on the phone while costumers are trying to place their order, she would get the orders correct. She asked for my receipt, I handed her the receipt, she snatched the receipt out of my hand. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager Alexander then proceeded to say I should’ve asked for no tomatoes. He states that I just wanted free food. He claims that he heard me NOT tell the cashier my order and that I didn’t say no lettuce or tomatoes (which I stated to the cashier over 10x) and proceeded to argue back and forth with me.

I come to this Charleys quite often, and will NEVER be coming back to them! I was treated today not like a paying customer at all! I have an allergy to tomatoes. All I wanted was my food made correctly. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure what establishment allows workers to snatch things out of a customer’s hand, but when I told the manager about her actions he seemed perfectly fine with it. Again I will never come back to this Charleys ever again!

If I could give NO stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Then I tried to call them NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE. I had to get my refund because I ordered with them thru grub hub. Whoever made that other comment must work there “saying the cheesesteak are good and ample” BARELY any meat. Now I ordered one no tomatoes or mushrooms and the other was no tomatoes no onions no mushrooms. THE CHEESE looks like LEFTOVERS that got MICROWAVED even all my siblings in my household agreed. NEVER will I order from here EVER again. Just looking at them cheesesteaks made me nauseous. Absolutely NOT IT . Find new cooks because somebody needs to lose their job over how they cooking.

The Hispanic woman that takes the order isn’t friendly. Twice (2 different occasions) she put in my order wrong. Had to drive back and WATCH my order as the manager literally threw the meat in the stove! THE MANAGER IS JUST AS BAD. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND ARGUMENTATIVE! I heard a man ask if they cleaned the milkshake machine. IT’S OK! CALLING CC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING!

My family enjoyed our subs. The customer service was great even though we arrived somewhat late(r) that night. Unfortunately they don’t stamp the card for the free subs that I received from the mall. That was one of the reasons why I came since I was ordering subs for my family. That’s the only reason why I took off 1 star for service.

The wings were the worse I’ve ever had in life. The bacon Chipotle chicken, I’m still waiting for the Chipotle to show up. Lemon pepper wings we bland as a sheet of notebook paper. The teriyaki wings were just flat out nasty. Don’t waste your money here……. the food is terrible!!!!!!!
