The guy in the cash register with the chain, had a nasty attitude with me and just kept looking at me wrong as I was ordering and I did not appreciate that felt like he was looking down on me and he was speaking to me extremely rudely and I don’t think he should be doing cash register. And because of this experience I don’t think I would go back to this Charleys ever again because he also kept looking away as I was talking to him and not paying attention and I had to keep repeating myself. And then proceeded to get my order wrong nd he had an attitude when I told him to fix it plz

Wonderful experience.
I feel like you don’t expect much when you go to the mall but this restaurant far FAR exceeds expectations.
My cashier was Demarris (so my receipt tells me) and she was amazing, engaging, funny. Everything you want when you go to a restaurant. Even if the food wasn’t great, I would still go back for how well she treated my wife and myself.
The food was amazing. The experience was on-point. 5 Stars from me and every time I come to the mall, I will come back.

The food was prepared right in front of me, which made it feel trustworthy. It was served faster than I expected, so I didn’t have to wait long, which was great. The staff were also very friendly, and it really felt like I was being well taken care of.

I got my nephew and brother some chicken teriyaki sandwiches from here and they were horrible the smell was awful he couldn’t even bite into the sandwich the meat was shredded and dried out looked nothing like the pictures the bread was hard just disgusting!!! Charley’s Philly Steaks never disappoints! The sandwiches are packed with flavor—perfectly grilled steak, melty cheese, and fresh toppings all on soft, warm bread. Their fries are always hot and crispy, I love it with jalapeños and I highly recommend trying their lemonade too—it’s so refreshing! Also, incredibly friendly staff everyone was kind, patient, and super helpful when I had questions about the menu. You can tell they really care about customer service and making sure you have a great experience.

Very annoyed for my son’s birthday i took him here cause he had such a yummy sample from them . Meal $17 and the food didnt taste at all how it was supposes to and was not edible when he got it and they refused to do anything other than add sauce to a hot mess . Nasty !!
