I visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks at 7112 W North Avenue and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. The cheesesteak was loaded with flavor and the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly, quick, and made sure everything was prepared right. The place was clean and the service was fast even during a busy time. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy the classic philly cheesesteak. Skylar was really nice and asked me whether I wanted a medium or large combo which I appreciated- go big or go home haha. I really enjoy the freshness and the melt in your mouth cheesesteak. It always hits the spot. Can’t wait to come back.

My first time visiting this establishment and I’m so happy I did. Everything was delicious & exceptional. I ordered the Bold BBQ Boneless Chicken, I also ordered the Buffalo Cheesesteak both with fries. My chicken was fried to perfection, drenched yet still very crunchy. The Cheesesteak was actually Spicy how I like it. I forgot to take pictures of my food because I was very hungry after work. Just take my word for it and go enjoy the great food and good customer service.

The wings were good but the service was disappointing. It was my first time there and I took a minute. I ordered the special wings and fries. I would have appreciated knowing there was a Monday special on the wings. It’s not a big deal but making a few extra dollars off me when there is competition across the street and down the block is a mistake. Other places have good wings too. I don’t like the feeling, whether it was intentional or not

One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was getting dinner from this place. I called ahead to place a pickup order, but apparently they don’t start making the food until you show up. When I asked why, they said, “That’s what the owner wants because too many people don’t pick up their food.”
So I ended up waiting 30 minutes for something I ordered in advance. Completely unbelievable, totally unprofessional — and why are there flies everywhere in the store?
Edit: Don’t even think about asking where the bathroom is. It’s disgusting.
