The weekend staff needs to do a better job maintaining cleanliness. There was pop left on the counters that hadn’t been wiped, and the lobby floors needed to be swept and counter just needed to be clean overall. Food prep area but overall the space could be kept a bit cleaner. With a little more attention to detail, the atmosphere would improve significantly.

A cheesesteak on a rainy day sounds so good that I’m actually willing to eat in my car.
What I didn’t know was how many different ways they make a cheesesteak. Decisions, decisions! Ended up with the Prime BBQ Jalapeño.
Damned good choice, too. The liner says ‘Seriously Hot’ and means it: I almostburned a finger on the juices running out of it. Once a few BTUs left it, I was able to tear into that messy bunch of deliciousness. I could not have made a better sandwich myself.
The staff were quick and friendly, joking with some of the regulars that followed me in.
Would’ve been nice to eat in. There is room for a couple of two seat tables but just barely.
Now, is there a location closer to home or do I need to trek over here a lot?

I was calling them to change a part of my order and the phone rang for 5 minutes straight. I hung up and tried again. I was there for 5 more minutes before the call straight up ended. Either a slow Friday, or customer service needs some work. Probably a one time order for me.

Im so glad they move to east warren my childhood home i love Charley’s since I was a kid and this location is perfect for me since im a east sider the customer service is wonderful they I had a problem with my sandwiches for the first time today my order got mixed up with somebody else order and they listen and solve my problem right away and I love that about them food is excellent as always and I order from them all the time 10 out of 10 all the way around
