We ordered wings, an Italian sub and cheese and bacon fries. My daughter wanted a icee. When they brought it out there was foam in the top 3/4 of the cup and then soda on the bottom 1/4. The machine obviously wasn’t working. The wings were tough and cooked too hard, barely any sauce on them. The sub was ok. The bacon and cheese fries were really good and their regular fries were good also.

service wasn’t great, wait time was ok. they messed up both of our sandwiches and told me that was what i ordered. (it was not). wasn’t too mad about them messing it up, just at how the sales girl handled it rudely. would get 2 stars but the manager was nice enough to step in and help when the sales girl insisted the wrong sandwiches were what i ordered. i’m pretty sure it was just because she wasn’t paying attention to me when i was ordering. food was good though.

IM FROM CHICAGO AND THIS WAS MY DIRST TIME VISITING CHARLEYS CHEESESTEAK INSIDE WALMART ON STATE ROAD 26. IN LAFAYETTE INDANA. WHEN I TELL U THIS WAS SOME OF THE BEST CHEESESTEAK IVE EVER HAD THIS WAS. FOOD WAS VERY FRESH, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT, AND RESTAURANT VERY CLEAN. DID I MENTION THAT THE FRIES WERE AMAZING ALSO , AS WELL AS THE WATERMELON LEMONADE. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. SO IF U HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO TRY IT YET, PLEASER RUN DOWN TO CHARLEYS AND GET SOME. Pretty good! Never seen cheesesteak with lettuce and tomatoes but it actually worked out nicely. Lettuce was fresh and crispy too. Steak was tender and easy to eat, French fries were thick and hearty, bun was perfectly soft, onions and peppers were flavorful and retained a slight crisp. Overall I was very satisfied and will likely return. I hope it will be managed well, cleaned routinely, and provide fresh food to customers for years and not just the opening months.

My Experience In This Charley’s Location Was Immaculate! The Customers Was Is Superb And After Showing Patience With Me While I Tried To Pay For Me Order The Manager Ultimately Let Me Get The Food As A Credit Until The Next Day (When I was Able To Pay) And The Food Was Great! I Was So Shocked By The Curiosity That’s What Lead To Me Coming Back To Pay For That Order And Placing Another Order!!

I don’t know much about cheesesteaks, but I tried the wings, they are probably the best wings in Lafayette. I had the lemon pepper dry rub at a number of wing establishments, but this one really outdoes the others. Everything else was eh, okay, but the wings will definitely bring me back.

I have bought food from Charleys a few times and so has my daughters.. About 2 weeks ago Me, my boyfriend and 2 daughters all ordered meals that included a lemonade . The sandwiches were very skimpy compared to other times and all the lemonades tasted like poison and had a smell of some type of cleaner or something ..Needless to say we had a horrible experience and will not order from this place again .I used to love this place until now
