I ordered the Boneless Lemon Pepper Wings and the gentlemen, waiting on me, said the WAIT time would be 60 minutes.

It seems awful strange to me that a small restaurant, with few selections such as this, is unable to quickly respond to a drive through order.
SERVICE
I changed my order to six (6) traditional wings and told him that I did not want the fries. He responded, “Sorry they come with it.” I stated, “Please leave them off my order.” He didn’t.
As I prepared to pay, there were three choices to tip ( 15%, 29%, 25%). I believe tips are given once one has fully served the customer. I had not seen, received or tasted my meal. So no tip. and definitely I made the right choice.
QUALITY
The chicken was (and I am truly serious) the worst overcooked chicken I have ever experienced. I had to rip away the hard crusted skin with my teeth m to get to the meat. The skin was uneatable. The meat was so dry. The flat wings were dry and tasteless, After I tore away the over cooked coating I found the meat to be dried and shriveled up.

Stop in and have to say not impressed. Yes they did a great job renovating the old Taco Bell. It clean inside and looks good. The young lady who took our order was not the most friendly for a front line employee. Once I placed my order had to wait for a manager to get my coupon applied. Got our food which took a little longer then expected because them seem to be focusing on the drive Thur instead of inside guest. The philly sandwich was just okay. I don’t think I would go back for another unless I had a coupon. The fries where fresh. The thing that really made me unhappy was after I got my food I went up to the counter and ask for ranch and they charge me $.79 plus tax. Great way to nickel and dime a customer.

One of the workers hit on my wife when she went alone to pickup food in a way that made her so uncomfortable she declared she doesn’t want to go back. Additionally I asked for bacon and cheese fries and did not get them. The food we did get was good but we’re probably never going back.

I went into Charley’s on a whim and ordered a regular Philly cheese steak sandwich, fries and some boneless wings (since they were discounted on Tuesdays). What a complete disappointment.
For one, the Philly cheese steak was the skimpiest amount of meat I have ever seen, even for fast food. Secondly, the cheese steak did not come with much bell peppers, onions (or even jalapeños, which I added) and the sandwich was mostly bread and filler like lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Lastly, the fries were not very fresh, although they do use raw potatoes, and this did not make much sense to me either. The boneless wings were totally dry of any sauce or flavoring and I only ate a few of them and just threw out the rest (they were really that bad and I usually do not waste my food).
This is my honest assessment and I was disappointed and won’t be back anytime soon. I downloaded their app to get $5 off my meal, but it was still $14+, which was a joke, so I immediately uninstalled the app when I thought about my experience to write this review.

So very dissaponted in this place and will never return. By far the worst experience ever. Spent $30 on 2 meals just to get home and be stabbed in the cheek by a chicken bone. Obviously I was not going to risk eating the rest. I wrote into the review website and did get a call immediately but that was as useful as getting a call about my extended warranty. I was told I would receive a refund by who I assume was the store owner. 2 weeks later and no refund. Had to contact my bank to get it taken care of.

Just ordered tonight through doordash. We were missing 4 items. Fries were cold, chicken fingers soggy and the quesadilla was burnt as the pic above shows. Haf to split meals up to make sure all parties got food to eat since were so many missing items. Spent around $80 dollars, was refunded by doordash for a couple of the missing items but the quality of what was received was horrible. After writing this i have to add this update , all food was actually thrown away due to the quality being so low.

It’s refreshing to see smiling faces and good food at a fast food restaurant. I have been to this location twice and both were good experiences. The staff is very nice! I always get their chicken Philly and add seasoning salt to my fries. You don’t get that many places. My son had chicken wings and both were very good! Thank you for your hospitality, it’s great to be greeted so pleasantly. Keep up the good work.
