It was late, just before 9 PM. The restaurant closes at 10PM. We were warmly welcomed at the register. The menu is clear and concise. We ordered quickly even though this was our first visit, and went to our table. The fountain drinks are self-serve. The fries came in a rectangular cardboard dish in a paper bag. The large portion was very large and very shareable. The ketchup (pump station) and other condiments and supplies are self-serve. Our food was brought to our table with hardly any wait. The restaurant was well organized, clean and comfortable, including the temperature. The music was great, Aretha Franklin! and the Pet Shop Boys?, that I recall. I enjoyed my visit. I was tired and hungry and easy to please this time, but this place just hits all the marks. This location is in a row of three restaurants on a main road and was easy to access and has plenty of parking. It should accommodate wheelchairs fairly well. I wish there was one closer to my home that’s not in a Mall.

Get a new Manager. Alvarado is terrible, no customer service, hung up on me because he was too busy! My food arrived 2hrs late and I wanted to know who do I call to get a refund. He said if you got the food there’s nothing that they can do and that I should have picked it up on time. This was supposed to be a delivery order. I could have maybe gotten past the cold food, but the demeanor of the Manager was despicable and uncalled for. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering or visiting with location again.

Ordered via their app and then picked up. Order was complete and ready as soon as I arrived. A regular size sandwich is more than enough to split between two people. The steak is moist and finely cut. I also loved that they separated my sandwich and fries using parchment paper. Thinking about their customers’ food quality is very high on their priorities.

Beware i placed an online order and the total was $19.07, when I got in store to pick up, the guy at the counter said they didn’t have any online orders. So since my card was not charged I placed the same exact order in store. Then was told my total was $24.xx. RIDICULOUS. I told the guy it was a $5 difference and he says “that’s price”, no offer to discuss what could be so different online vs in person. Pretty shady if you ask me.

Manager has no customer service. My order was wrong and the food tastes nothing like the ones in the mall the food had no seasoning. I won’t be back to this location.

We waited to read reviews before we actually went. The place looks clean to what we could see, food was a complete disappointment. My husband ordered the 6pc traditional wing combo and Cajun dry rub as his seasoning. The wings is were dry, no juicy side to them, the rub was sprinkled on top of one side, they didn’t even bother to toss them as they should be. The dipping sauce was for blue cheese, they literally handed over a salad pouch not something where he dip his sauce in. The ultimate fries were an absolute disaster, greasy, soggy, damm nearly barely cooked. Then my steak and cheese was basic, the bread tasted undercooked. I stopped eating it. It was a huge disappointment, wanted to say something to the store manager or manager on duty but all they would’ve offered is a coupon, but never a refund cause that meal was absolutely not worth the money we paid for. Only good thing was the lemonade. Not worth it. My husband was full of lemonade and disappointment.

I love coming to eat at this place, apart from the quality and how good the food is, the workers are very friendly, always excellent customer service all the time and it is a very familiar and pleasant atmosphere, highly recommended, especially my favorite, the bacon 3 Steak ❤️

The food here it tends to be pretty decent nothing extraordinary and The restaurant tends to be clean On a regular basis And honestly, I have no problem Other than the staff could use a little more work on their customer service I do not appreciate having to justify myself for ordering my own food, even when I showed my receipt and they were still hesitant to give me my food I understand be careful about giving people the wrong food but I did think it’s funny how I did sit back and watch how they serve other customers and there was no problem

Unfriendly , bad customer service. First time visit, placed order in wrong location. Cashier refused to help me cancel the other order or remake it with the payment I had I already processed. I was forced to repay again as I was on time constrained during my lunch break.
