The food was decent. It smelled so delicious that it drew me in. First time I ever ate there. They give you a good amount of fries and the sandwich had plenty of steak. I would definitely eat there again. There’s a couple things I saw that I’d like to try. The guy working at the register taking orders was a little meh. He wasn’t very friendly and was actually kind of mean to the older man in front of me. He was ok with me so maybe he was just having a rough day.

had it twice already since it opened up this week. amazing both times! I think this may be a new regular spot for me. it totally surpassed my expectations. the cheesesteaks are phenomenal. the cheese itself is very delicious. bacon cheese fries are nothing short of spectacular. not to mention, one of the BEST milkshakes I’ve ever had! yes it’s a little bit on the pricey side like everyone is saying, but trust me it’s totally worth it!

Was excited to try Charley’s for the first time. Service was good but the food was ok at best & is a little pricey. Didn’t put much bacon & cheese on the fries, the wings prices are insane. Got the Bacon 3 cheesesteak it only comes with one small thin strip of bacon. Don’t think Charley’s is going to survive in this location long term. I ordered the number 2 combo and said I wanted a small. Cashier kept ringing up everything as large size and got upset when I told them I wanted small. Sandwich was to have everything on it, it was missing mushrooms and you see the amount of tomato. It was bland with little seasoning or flavor.
The soda area was sticky with spilt soda.
Also, the register seems to be programmed to automatically add a 20% tip unless you hit the no tip button.

Not what I was expecting, as I had never seen one of these before. I was expecting a food chain restaurant, like. Fridays. Not in a Walmart.

Food was delicious but none of the employees speak English! I wanted a medium meal but he charged me for a large. He also got annoyed when I kept asking him to repeat himself because he wouldn’t speak up. He was also on his phone and rude. Please hire some people that actually can properly communicate with their customers.
