I was very excited about getting a cheesesteak from Charleys based on online reviews. But, unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I have never eaten a Cheesesteak so bland in my life. I got the old school cheesesteak, it comes with cheese and sautéed onions. It might had been cheese from China because it had no flavor at all, same with the onions. I have never had onions with no flavor.
The cheesesteak had zero, zero flavor. I guess that there’s no reason for me to come back.

I’ve loved Charley’s for many years, but this location had the best tasting Chicken Philly. No need to add my usual extra seasoning because the meat was super tasty. The fries were fresh and the lemonade is always a win. Also, I can tell the owner is passionate about her business which makes me want to frequent this location over my old one!

Workers were wearing the same gloves they used while handling money, touching their face. Went from the cashier straight to touching the tomatoes lettuce etc.. GROSS.

I stopped by Charlie this morning to pick some food for the staff. I was approached by this angry woman. They were screaming at me if I was ordering food from Charlie’s if I was picking anything up from Charlie and she was screaming at me telling me that this was a parking space that I was parking her parking space and I need to leave her restaurant parking. Space you know She literally wanted a forced me out of her parking space because I was picking up anything from Charlie when I was parking here because I was gonna get off to order food from Charlie mine you they don’t even open until 10 this is 9:40. What a rude person. I feel kind of bad that you know , this person just jumped out of her car and ran up to my car and started screaming at me. It was just an unexpected event. I wish you guys nothing but the best.

People just takes forever. When we order we wait like 20 min. Then in our order they forgot 1 thing, we told them, and we wait like 10min more. Until I asked them again. they move on and did’t do it, they did’t listen. Until they saw me doing a review of this place. And wait 5 more min. At the end they give us 2 thing of the order they forgot to put in. It was nice, but we were so hungry and the other food was already cold.
