Every time we come here it’s sooo good and they are so nice to us and good conversationalists, couldn’t be happier every time, even got some balloons from the staff this time! The kids were super happy, we usually get the cheese steak deal with the drink and fries with the 2$ add on of 4 chicken nuggets and some ice creams as well, yummyyy, thank you guys for making it a nice experience for my family every time! ✨ ✨ ✨ You guys are the best!

Ordered food with my family at the kiosk. We ordered 2 wing meals with drinks. My other family member got good food. Mine however was not. The wings were grossly under or over cooked and they didn’t have the iced tea I was charged for. If it’s not available why is it still a option on the kiosk? I had to use the soda machine which was running low if soda syrup. 1 good thing was the fries. Maybe try the sandwiches but stay away from the “wings”.
The restaurant was run entirely by 1 young employee with no help and little customer service as he made me feel like it was my fault for asking for a to go bag afterwards. Would not eat at this location again! The one at Alderwood Mall is soo much better. Eat there instead!

Worst ice cream cone i have ever had in my life. The chicken teriyaki sandwich was OK, but I wish I had eaten my own yummy teriyaki at HOME for $2 instead of $16 for this sandwich. I paid for extra meat, I think he gave me the OPPOSITE… less than normal meat.

The worst food experience I have ever received. I ordered and I asked to dine-in, so by the time the food is going to be prepped, we asked the person on cashier that we are going to browse the wallmart shop by the time. After returning around 10 minutes later, we went back to Charleys and asked for the food if that’s ready yet. The guy handed me to go bags and I asked it is for dine in, he responded “I know, but i will be cold so “. I mean If I say it’s dine in, should be a dine in right? That’s what a customer service means aint? Yet all good, I accepted everything. The food quality was 0.01/10, sorry to say but the worst restaurant experience I ever came across so far now. The boneless chickens were rotten, tastes so ugly and bad, it seemed it was almost week two or three old. It was smelling. It was unworth of having. I had to throw them eventuality and loss of 46$ including other orders. Change your food quality, you’re here to serve instead of money. That is what call business. Not giving the customers unhygienic food quality to absorb and unprofessional behaviour skills would defame more and more.
Check the chicken colours and condition of it.
The darker ones “OH MY GOD” so so so bad to eat. Full of salty.
Serving like this wont bring returning customers back to the shop. It would be an once and for all regrettable visit. I wish could rate the “0” “zero” start rating.

For the most part the staff is extremely friendly! There’s a young kid who work who plays his music too loud it difficult to order and hear him. The owner/manager is extremely rude to the customer, I have watched customer walk away from him due to his attitude. Tonight, I watched him put sauce on a table for a customer almost hitting the young lady in the office, never apologized just walked away. This owner/manager shouldn’t be operating a customer service establishment. Charley’s should seriously consider yanking their name from this individual. Like mentioned early the employees are amazing. I try to only come when they’re working.

incredibly friendly staff and very good fresh food! The fries and cheese sticks are made when you order so everything comes out nice hot and fresh and very good tasting. Staff was extremely friendly too

I can’t eat a huge sandwich so I ordered the kids and a side of mozzarella sticks and a shake to share with my kid. The mozzarella sticks were way over cooked where they were tough. The sandwich was dry and meat overcooked with melted cheese and NO flavor. The shake was ok but not mixed well. Ordering several things (including an extra drink) I expected to be able to borrow a try but they had none. Couldn’t finish any of the food and tossed it.

The man working is the rudest human I have dealt with, ever. He has been yelling at every customer since I paid, won’t give anyone a refund or make food correctly, and just keeps stating that we are stressing him out and telling us this is how every Charlie’s is. I have been to several other locations, and this is usually my favorite place to eat. I’m appalled that this location has any business, or that he has a job. I got here at 10:51am, ordered 1 sandwich, he charged me for a meal, and I got it at 11:18am.

Food is always solid but the service is less than ideal. The guy at the counter told me they can only take/process the app promo code when a manager is here and he is not here so I would have to pay regular price. There so much wrong with that statement, one how are they operating without a manager or supervisor on duty and two why do you send flash promotions you won’t process. Horrible customer experience I did not order and left the store and went subway instead.

I love Charley’s, but this location has one of the worst customer services. The cashiers are not friendly at all and have no manners. I said, thank you to one of them and she didn’t acknowledge me. Seems more bothered than anything. Oh and theirs wings were cold.
