Came in and ordered 12 boneless Lemon Pepper wings which had become my regular order from different locations here in Phoenix area. Waited 10-15 mins (closer to 15) for my order and this girl brings me out wings with 0 flavor and on top of that looked and tasted like they had been sitting somewhere for part of the day… these here pictured are my re-made “fresh” wings which as you can see look like they had re-dropped into oil again which I waited patiently for for another while. Definitely should not be looking or tasting like they just fried some wings for a second time, still did not have a trace of lemon pepper flavor and they included a nice little pool of oil in the package.

The food is delicious, the rolls are soft, the protein very flavorful. I got the regular Philly (good size for what you pay) and my wife got the Buffalo, wow!! Of course I tried hers it looked great and tasted even better. The fries are also some of the best, we had a strawberry lemons which was good to wash all the good food down.

Had an order that close to $100 and they got it wrong. Double check your orders before leaving. They’re weren’t even that busy for them to make those kind of mistakes. I paid for large fries and got regular added jalapeños and bacon to one of my sandwiches and got nothing. Wings have hardly any sauce on them so if your order you might want to make them wet or just check before leaving.

Went to pick up a Mobile Order and I waited 30 minutes for my order and there was no line or orders on the screen. When I got home they gave all Buffalo wings when I ordered lemon pepper and they forgot our fries and ranch sides that we had to pay for separately. The 3 kids working were nice but they were blaring music in the kitchen. For the price of the food I wish I got my order correct. Highly recommend not going to this Charley’s.

Went in for my lunch hour and was sadly disappointed. Super salty cheesesteak and if THIS is the double steak option I’d hate to see the regular portion.
I guess thats what the drink is for; to wash away a weeks worth of salt intake.
Barely got it and was already tearing from the bottom after one bite, likely an inferior roll it was put on.
For better quality, google your nearest Corleones and head there.

I don’t know if the fryer temp was off or if the cook was in a rush but my mozzarella sticks was still a whole block of cheese. There was zero melt/cheese pull. Fries extremely soggy as well. Cheese steak was good but nothing special. Wanted to try something new and prob won’t be back.

I was in shock of what I received compared to what I saw in pictures on the menu. I threw away the bottom half of the bread and folded the top half just to make a sandwich. I could tell by the bag weight that there was nothing in there. I went back in and asked the young lady are you sure this is what I was supposed to get? She said yes that’s how it is supposed to be, with hardly anything on the sandwich, so I turned around and walked out. Never in my life will I visit Charlie’s again. I paid $11.50 for what look like a scoop of meat. That was my first experience and will definitely be my last unless someone from management contacts me to correct this culinary disaster! I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but no one ever answered. I rarely complain about my food because I have worked in the industry before but this is ridiculous! ……It is now April 2024 and I still haven’t heard from anyone in charge of this place. Don’t waste your money.

I didn’t hate it. The staff were on point. $3.99 for Ultimate Fries with cheese sauce, bacon bits, and ranch didn’t seem too bad to me. Can’t speak to anything else on the menu yet. I will be back. Recommended

Of course the place is new, they’re gonna have some kinks to work out. There was a bit of a wait, it was only their second day open when we stopped in, the staff was friendly and helpful – one of our sandwiches they accidentally gave us the wrong size and made up for it without hassle. Food was very flavorful and the sandwich had a good amount of toppings for the price. We will definitely be coming back to try more sandwiches!
