Huge disappointment!!
As truck drivers, my husband and I try to eat healthy and avoid eating out most of the time. But every once in a while, you want something different — something delicious that’s going to cure a craving and really hit the spot. Unfortunately, this was not it.
We ordered the 20 boneless wings for $17.99, and honestly, calling them “wings” feels like a scam. I wouldn’t even call them nuggets — they were more like popcorn chicken, and even then there wasn’t much chicken at all. Mostly just breading.
We got BBQ and lemon pepper. The very first bite of lemon pepper tasted like a mouthful of old, oily grease . It was a huge letdown.
What makes it worse is that I had been hyping Charlie’s up to my husband since he’d never eaten there before. Needless to say, we were both very disappointed.

Signed up through app but I didn’t know how to navigate for a$10.99 deal they were offering & Moses (cashier) was totally patient w/ me & help me. Food was great & fries were hot (like they should) Had football game on in dining area. I will be back!

Just wanted to give kudos to manager Moses! Appreciate the professionalism and the amazing food . Hands down some of the best wings I have had in Lamar. And dont let the “gas station” turn you away from giving this establishment a try.

Can’t begin to tell you how impressed I was after stopping at this place for lunch with the wifey. We, on occasion, drive from Texas to Colorado when we visit our daughter and not too often get a real good meal on the way. Been wanting to try Charley’s Cheese Steak & this was a great time to do so. Had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and the wife The Chicken Sandwich. It was pretty good for both of us. Cheesy with all the fixins and the person who took our order was very nice and professional. Very impressed with our overall experience. Definitely have this spot penciled in for a return pitstop on our way back home after the memorial day weekend is over. A 5

Ordered a regular cheesesteak. Was extremely salty! Not edible. I feel my blood pressure skyrocket already. Seriously though it’s disgusting how salty this is. Tastes like they dumped an entire jar of salt on my sandwich.

The guys behind the counter and on the grill were totally awesome, truly professional, and really down to earth.
Although I can be a grumpy old trucker, and am just passing through, it’s always nice to know there are good people out here.

This is one of the best Charleys, they ask at the register if you’ll take the survey, and now I know why, if that wasn’t the best Charleys I’ve ever had, it’s definitely in the top five. I enjoyed every bite. Charleys is always fresh and I love the flavored lemonade, so I knew I had to get one, but today was absolutely worth it, good job, will definitely be back here

Extremely nice, got here apparently right at closing time. KFC was throwing away food, the gentleman (charlie) i belive came and found me after seeing me look at a empty hot dog roller for food and informed me he could make something but it was limited. Will have my business 100%
