Food was hot and fresh, but was missing something it seemed. Luckily we ordered curbside and took it home, so we could add whatever condiments we wanted. The service at the curbside was great and speedy. The atmosphere looked ok, but I couldn’t really speak to it as we didn’t get out of the car.

customer service was TERRIBLE. After placing my order online for curbside pick up, I arrived 5 mins before my pick up time, checked in through the confirmation email that was sent after placing my order and sat there for almost 15-20 mins waiting on my food to come out. I then called inside the store after deciding not to go in because there were already people that were having to walk in from curbside to retrieve their order who were being ignored and not helped. I called and made them aware that we were there, had checked in and was still waiting for our food, all I was told was “well yea, you guys arrived just as soon as we started making it so..” Firstly, the attitude was disgusting and uncalled for, secondly who starts making food 5 MINS BEFORE ITS TIME TO BE PICKED UP. Especially when you know the food takes about 10-15 to prepare. Lastly, somebody could have easily came out and let us know that it would be a few mins before it was out, then I would’ve been somewhat understanding, didn’t even get that. Then when the food was brought out, the worker proceeds to hand the food through the window and not say a single word, not a have a nice night, sorry for the wait, nothing. Very disappointing and the food wasn’t all too great either.

Decided to give this place a shot for dinner. The meal for a reg sub and loaded fries was right around 17 dollars. The food was very fresh and the service was acceptable. I would say the portion size vs the price leaves a little bit to be desired. Not bad but not quite a 5 start experience.

I used to eat at Charley’s in North Star Mall quite often, and I was hoping for a delicious chrese steak sandwich and their delicious bacon and cheese fries…did not disappoint! The service was great and the food was delicious. Lots of melted cheese, a lot of steak , grilled onions,…mmmmmmm. Hit the spot! So glad you guys are here now!
