They added a 18% tip to my purchase without my authorization. I hope the $4+ tip is worth me or my family never buying anything from them again. The cashiers and food handlers were walking and moving in Turtle Mode as if no customers were around. This is why I am upset with the automated tipping, they didn’t do anything extra for the tip!

Stopped to grab a sandwich on my way out of Walmart. Okay Philly Cheesesteak…not the best but not the worst. Sandwich tastes better than it looks. Needs more meat for a $10 sandwich (with no side/drink.)

This is located in a Walmart store. The sandwich (chicken Philly)was good, you receive a large amount of fries with your order. Sandwich can have onions, peppers and mushrooms. The fries are on the thicker side. The bread was fresh. There is a self serve soda machine, lemonade is not included and is an upcharge. Overall a good value. Soft serve Ice cream cones at $1 is a great deal.

The young lady Kelly who took my order was kind and very friendly, however I went to Charley’s on my lunch I got a 6 piece spicy lemon pepper wing combo with a watermelon strawberry lemonade and cheese and bacon fries and I spent 17.39 for this meal. I got all the way back to work to discover my wings were deformed see attached pictures. I did call and was told that I will receive my money back when I bring the wings back!

Ordered the “Old School” on the Menu (will include photo of Menu) added sauted mushrooms.. Once, I received the order, I noticed there was no mayo,lettuce,pickle or tomato.. So, I took the sandwich to the counter.. finally getting a hold of someone.. I asked about the missing extras.. what told that the “Old school” does not come with those.. I point to the menu.. again told, “well.. all except the Old School..” young man comes up with an attitude and repeats the same thing.. find out later this is the manager..I again.. point to the sign and ask.. where does it state that? (It of course does not).. So I’m like fine.. I’ll take another sandwich.. (this is crazy.. all I needed was to add what the menu says) So.. He throws it in the trash (dramatically) I ask for a number for an area supervisor.. (Who happened to be there).. I tell him what has happened.. and he agrees about the menu.. Confusion.. we eventually (about Five minutes later)get a new sandwich.. I guess the point is this. When you spend 25$ for two sandwiches.. you just want to eat what you ordered.. and enjoy your food with your partner.. I still don’t feel like this reached a positive outcome. The manager in question, never had anything but an attitude. The area manager.. was like “well, you got another sandwich.. “problem solved”. I hope for better in the future, was happy to see a cheeseteak place close to us.. I will update this in the future guys.

Have only had Charleys 3 times ever. The other locations I visited were at Rolling Oaks Mall and the Forum. Those locations had horrible to sub par food.
The sandwich I received at this location was much better than the ones from the other 2 locations. After this visit I would actually consider eating here again. I was short on time, it was close to closing, and I had to find something quick, otherwise I wouldnt have even tried this place. But Im glad I did, as the food this time was much better.

I thought it would be nice to have a Charley’s in this area, but after having multiple awful subs from this place, I’d rather drive downtown to get a the same sub at 10x better quality. No toasted bread, does not follow instructions, ask for extra cheese or sauce? You’re not going to get it even if you paid extra for it. Every Buffalo sub was either burned meat, no sauce, or not enough meat. Definitely an F grade Charley’s.

The food is fine. Their lemonade is good. But the staff has always been underwhelming. In the multiple times I’ve been there, never once have the staff been kind or helpful. I eat here due to convenience but I’d rather inconvenience myself than have a staff not care about their job or customers.

I came to Walmart to do some shopping. And I stop in at Charleys for a quick bite to eat I had the Philly cheese sandwich. The service was great Servra is very kind and helpful she made my order fast hot and ready to eat. The Manager Stephanie when taking my order she was very helpful. She has great customer service.. Thank you Charleys Staff I’ll be back sure enough
