To my surprise, this food had a visually appealing presentation, but unfortunately, its quality was lacking. The bread was excessively dry, and the steak lacked flavor. The only discernible taste was from the bell peppers and white cheese. The wings were disappointing, resembling frozen wings from a grocery store. Despite adding sauce, they were too dark, crunchy, and lacked chicken.
The atmosphere was also subpar. The excessive air conditioning made my food cold immediately. The dinner table had limited space to find a different seat. I informed the staff member who took my food to the table about the a/c issue, but they informed me that they could not do anything about it. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the food quality, but they simply smiled and walked away.

Compared to other locations, I was a little disappointed. The Philly cheesesteak did have a good flavor and was seasoned, but they put very little meat. So, you’re eating more bread than meat. Also asked for mayo but I didn’t put it on. Tables were not wiped down had to clean it myself. No one smiles. I guess at this location. No one is happy even a little lol the girl at the counter cutting a smile I tried to to be friendly, but she just had a look and an attitude that I was inconveniencing her or bothering her. No one of the back was smiling. The restroom door did not lock properly. So people may walk in on you. Yes it happened.

We visited Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings today, and it was such a great experience! I ordered the Chicken Philly Steak with fries, and my husband got the Beef Philly Steak with cheese fries — both were absolutely delicious! The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
The owner was very nice and friendly, which made the visit even better. They care about their customers and the quality of their food. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend if you’re craving a good Philly and great service.

Today was our first time here and I would recommend this place . The cashier was extremely kind and patient. This place had a really good Playlist as I was enjoying my meal. The nostalgic 2000 R&B hits . I will come back again when I’m in Mansfield.

Had no idea they closed at 9 Monday-Thursday and placed an order at 8:52, walked in and apologized profusely after seeing their nearly spotless kitchen at the end of the night. Staff rapidly made my food and assured me over and over that it was no big deal.

My family absolutely loves this place, however, lately it seems they’ve been skimping on the meat and toppings. The thing we all love is how packed the sandwiches are, which makes it worth the higher price. The cheesesteak I got this past weekend hardly had anything in it. A few shreds of lettuce and only half of it had meat at all…it was mostly bread. Very disappointing. I’m not sure it’s worth the price to keep going.

Sorry, but this location has consistently overcooked our boneless wings to the point of them being as hard as rocks. To top it off they have messed up the sauces on them as well. Mine was supposed to have the scorpion sting and I got nashville hot. Son ordered cajun and he got lemon pepper. Ordered two bacon cheese fries and got on regular and one bacon cheese. The last two visits have resulted in mistakes. Pizza hut has better quality at this point.
