I went out on a limb, but was optimistic. I had the original Philly Cheesesteak with fries. To my surprise it was actually pretty good. Well prepared, seasoned perfect, and made once ordered. My meal was hot and yummy Minimal wait time and no line during lunch. Which was a win for me. I will definitely go back to try more menu items.

Horrible experience, only two workers and the lady couldn’t even take orders and bag food. One taking orders and one cooking then at one point two were cooking and people were waiting in line to order. The wait was ridiculous, 25 mins to get two subs and cajón fries, my food did not come out how I ordered it. I had to show the receipt with the correct order and did not get my receipt back from the cashier! The saddest part was paying almost 3 dollars for a tiny cup of fries that were supposed to be a regular fry! I asked the cashier if that was really a regular fry and she said yes that’s a regular fry. You cannot get a refund or exchange the items. Never have I gotten a tiny cup of fries from Charlie’s that was cold and tasted old! I will NEVER go back to this location. This location is a sad representation to any Charlie’s!

I stopped at this location after I finished shopping at Walmart. The sign in the window caught my eye. Bacon Chipotle Cheesesteak. I was surprised when this bubbly young lady greeted me as my first foot stepped in. I ordered she explained the combo pricing, the lemonade pricing and if I wanted to add extra on my sandwich besides what came on it. I’m not sure if she could tell I hadn’t eaten here before or she was nice all the time. The sandwich was perfect. Moist, fresh bread no toasted to hard. Chicken juicy and the onions which I just recently started eating on sandwiches was grilled just right. The chipotle ranch sauce is sooooo good. Thank you for a nice experience at this location

This is my first time at this location. I don’t have to visit the mall to get one of my favorite eats. I ordered the new Burbon Philly. It was good, fresh, and hot! I was really impressed. The restaurant was a big change from seeing the other fast food chain in a Walmart. They also have a Tangerine Lemonade, sweet with a kick. You will pucker and sign. Summer in a plastic cup. Happy eats ya’ll

Worst $25 I spent, Really bad placed, the food is horrible, employees are loud and are just playing around , asked for the chicken Buffalo and they didn’t even give me the right sandwich, they got the chicken part good but forgot the Buffalo. The fries are cold and are smushed, their working area is dirty and I saw one employee coughing and did not wash their hands kept grabbing everything. Do no go here!!

My order was correct however it was the sandwich was too salty. I did called to inform them about the issue prior to returning with food in hand. The employee gladly replaced my order. She also explained there was a new employee who mistakenly used too much seasoning. The customer service has always been up to par here! Calm and clear communication is key!

I don’t come to Charley’s but when I do I order on the app which well imma start doing more of thanks to the rude woman that has an attitude when people are trying to order their food. I went in and told her I don’t normally order inside and she just scoffs and rolls her eyes so I told her nevermind it’s fine just cancel my order and I’ll just order on the app (it was the lady with the white hair/wig)

My dad went to purchase some wings. He came here February 2nd 2025 Sunday 4:05 . He bought some cup of fries and there were barely any fries . When told to the employees they were rude and arrogant . They even cussed in front of the customers and they cussed out my dad. This was unacceptable behavior as well as we notified the manager . The manager did not want to talk and she was being arrogant . Our order was not completed because it was missing fries . They were bothered when my brother called them out on it . Worst location inside this Walmart . This is unacceptable !!
