Superb service and meal. We were served by Spencer! Food was fresh and made with care, not sloppy like other branches I’ve been to. The dining area was neat and we enjoyed watching Ratatouille on the TV This might be my favorite Charley’s in the Cleveland area.

If you aren’t eating here you’re missing out!! I got the best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with cheese, delicious chicken, and the perfect amount of sauce. It was absolutely banging. This place is quickly becoming my regular for lunch on break and the offerings are wide from chicken to steak sandwiches. The service is quick and the staff is amazing !

Excellent staff very polite. The Philly cheesesteak a d bacon cheese fries were the best. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has driven past it and wondered if it was worth the money. The answer to everyone is yes. I will definitely be back. McDonald’s can’t hold a candle to this place.
