I love this location! Always friendly, smiling, personable staff! I frequent both the drive-thru & eat in area with my son, and its always a great experience! Staff always keeping busy cleaning, restocking. Very clean. The bathroom was even immaculate!

Ive ordered from the Willoughby location a few times and honestly, i have nothing bad to say! The food is great everytime. Its not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great! I never feel gross after eating the food. And they put it in cardboard boxes so the steam doesnt make the bread soggy! Genius! The best part is theyre extremely quick, accurate with modifications, and the prices are extremely fair for the quantity. 10 out of 10!

I order from this establishment regularly – my food is always fresh & the Manager Mateo is a great representation of the business. My only negative observation would be the short older lady with the glasses ( name unknown) always giving me a nasty look when I come in the restaurant I’m certainly going to ask her what her problem is? If this continues otherwise very nice place to get steak subs etc…

So my sandwich was pretty much bread barely any meat at all. The wings were super tough and dry. I highly doubt that they were fresh. Definitely a waste of $23.

When I came here for lunch after a doctors appointment I ordered a meal and it was great. Only took a few minutes to be ready and the order taker was really friendly and made modifications to my meal even after placing my order. The sandwich was great and tasted good hours later and the milkshake was thick but could get through the straw. Plenty of seating and all the tables were clean.

Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I only found one slice of mushroom. It was not overflowing with meat like the description states. Who puts lettuce in a cheesesteak???? The onion and peppers were lightly cooked. It was so disappointing I threw it out. There are plenty great sub places in the area. This is not one of them. Service was friendly and fast.

My child consumed most of her loaded fries she got to the last few bites and noticed a needle sticking out of her food when she pulled the what she thought was a needle out she realized it was a whole name tag at the bottom of her food.
