Absolutely amazing experience! The food was hot, fresh, and made to order. My cheesesteak was perfectly seasoned, loaded with flavor, and the bread was soft and toasted just right. The wings were crispy, juicy, and tossed in sauce to perfection. The customer service was friendly, fast, and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving comfort food. Highly recommend!
From the moment she came out from the back of the restaurant, her demeanor was blunt, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her first statement to customers waiting to order was, “I’m only taking one order.” At that time, three customers—including myself—were prepared to order. The other two customers left immediately, clearly frustrated and embarrassed by how they were addressed.
When it was my turn to order, I requested bacon and cheese fries but was told I could only receive regular fries. I also ordered a large Old School Cheesesteak. Both items were excessively over-seasoned, with an overwhelming amount of salt, and the sandwich did not include onions as expected.
As the evening continued, four additional customers were turned away, despite the time being only 9:15 PM. This behavior reflected a disregard for both customers and the business itself.
I also asked that the two halves of my sandwich be wrapped separately. Her response was, “I’m not wrapping them separately, but I’ll put them in separate boxes.” The response was curt, dismissive, and unnecessary.
In my 50 years of working and living in various parts of the world, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered or witnessed. The manager’s behavior was rude, blunt, and entirely lacking in basic customer-service skills. Her interactions conveyed an attitude of superiority and indifference, creating an environment that felt disrespectful and hostile.
Frankly, I find it difficult to believe that this individual holds a management position. If this behavior reflects the standards of leadership at this location, it raises serious concerns. Turning away paying customers with a snide, indifferent attitude is unacceptable and damaging to your brand.
This experience was not only disappointing—it was embarrassing and disgraceful. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly, as no customer should be treated in this manner.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
