I have tried all of them in my area. This one was the worst. You can see the meat is almost non existent. The owner of this place is so tight!! I paid over 13 dollars abd didnt even get my cup for my drink I paid for. It wasnt busy. I was the only one there. The owner dropped my sandwich on the table and basically ran cause he knew I deserved what I paid for! They skimp on everything. Even has a sign on the counter..must spend 5 dollars to use a card! The dollar to what you get dont add up here. Go to other Charleys!!!

The customer service was awesome and the food was even better! We got two orders of bone in wings, and they were cooked to perfection! We asked for them to be a little extra done and they NAILED it! And those bacon cheese fries were delicious! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Ordered philly cheese steak with extra cheese, Small fries and large coke. The sandwich was pretty good considering it’s a fast joint. The fries I ordered due to how they looked on the signage. These were not those fries. You can definitely taste all the other food in the overabundance of oil that was still in fries. The oil also tasted very old. And the oil was definitely not hot enough when these went in. Outside landscaping and over all appearances leaves little to be desired. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great cheesesteaks and wings! The Bold BBQ wings were fresh and hot and crispy just like I like them! Took a bite out of my husband’s cheesesteak and was surprised how tasty it was!! Tried the ultimate fries and they were fresh and crispy as well! Everything was tasty and the service from the guy today was AMAZING!!! Great location for food!!

Great food , boneless wings ordered teriyaki sauce awesome along with the breading. The bacon chze fries (gourmet??)..also great suggestion great with leftover teriyaki sauce from wings along choose your own flavor. Wow great all the Philly cheese steak sub. I would most definitely eat here again. Although make sure to check for the napkins/ servets.

This use to be a great location but it seems to have declined. $27.80 for 2 sub meals asked for ketchup I was given 2 packets for 2 orders of fries ? asked for straws no straws given. Let’s forget about a side of ranch wanting to charge ok no cash well they will charge an extra service fee of another 50 cents. So $1 for a tiny cup of ranch after spending $27.80? After all my years of supporting them I rather give to a mom & pop place at least you’ll get a straw. I guess times are bad financially for Charley’s ?!?!

Terrible customer service. I walked in, and the guy just ignored me when I said “good morning.” When he took my order he just said “what do you want?” After taking my order he proceeded to play ghetto rap music on his phone max volume. Next customer arrived, same deal. I didn’t even want to come inside but I had to because the drive thru is broken. Get it together guys

Overpriced , rude staff and the food is not at all worth the price. Pay attention to what you’re paying for !!! Even if you buy wings they don’t come with a complimentary dipping sauce you gotta pay 10/10 do not recommend
