Ordered on their app and they delivered the wrong order with only two boxes first, clearly the wrong order. Went there and had to correct the issue with the owner over the phone and the food still is incorrect and disgusting. All one cheesesteak had was a remove onion and add jalapeño, they smothered in so much cheese sauce it is literally inedible. Do not order from here it is a giant waste of money and they don’t care to get it right. The owner and management are not in existence.

Ordered the small Bacon 3 cheesesteak, this is the 2nd time the portion felt… Disappointing. The service was solid, not overly bubbly but also not, I can’t wait to leave and go home attitude. Food was prompt and wife’s food looked good, so not a terrible endeavor but this location seems to be skimping on the Steak in their name.

Thought I’d try this brand place. I love Charleys and know the standards are high. Never been to the cheesesteak place. Let’s start…Counter person .no greeting.I could not understand anything she said. And I have a good ear with accents. Did I want mayo lettuce and tomatoes what I got after I said no green peppers. She kept sighing because I was trying to read the menu. No one behind me…it was 3pm…I ordered the cheesesteak…didn’t know they had 3 sizes.. and fries…didn’t know options.. and then wings. I ordered 3 sauces. Said I would have the sandwich and fries..with my water in my truck..so pack the wings to go separately from them. Out comes the sandwich on a tray for eating in…so then I said I will have a shake…sigh…she can’t get the machine to work ..gets the other person. It works…the counter person didn’t want to do it. I sit down… go to wash my hands..bathroom locked. Used my sanitizer from my purse. Here comes the fries with the wings…sauces on side ….and I was charged for them.. so beware. Bag was tied up so I left the fries in there.. Nice looking thin sliced tomato on the roll but hardly any steak to cover the bottom of the roll. I asked for pepper..there was none. They said ..they don’t have any.
The front counter person came out of the bathroom…They both watched me take my tray to the trash area. I left my bag on the table and went to the bathroom. They were putting makeup on each other in the food area. In the loo…TP on top of holder. Paper towel on top of holder. Dirty. Enough..
As I left..Just like when I came…. no greeting…no one there got one as they left either. Floors dirty. Tables dirty.
The wings..once home I opened the bags..fries were good
…the 10 wings were dry…lots of feathers on them…really horrible product, cooked horribly.
Oh..and this was almost $40!
If I could give a zero I would. Never again. I will try the one at I Plaza to see if it is the franchise or the location. Very disappointed.

Smells terrible inside – Guy ( young guy with earring) standing leaning on the counter on his cell phone – tables dirty – look in between the tables needs cleaning – trash on the floor – I would invest in someone cleaning the windows they are so cloudy. What happened? It’s not the prices that are concerning however don’t feed us big, beautiful sandwiches at other locations then here clearly not. Like there’s a shortage. Then 2 days ago my son got lunch and I asked him to bring me home mozzarella sticks. What happened to the big, fat cheese sticks you previously served??? Now they are not much bigger than a Sharpie pen. What a shame! Not a good way to keep customers. No wonder your 5 stars is faded away!

Charley’s Cheesesteaks and Wings has always been a favorite of mine and I couldn’t wait for the location near me to open.
I usually order the chicken California. The sandwiches always hot, fresh and delicious. We also enjoy the bacon 3 cheesesteak or Chicken Teriyaki. Ultimate fries are the way to go. The cheese sauce, ranch and bacon blend together perfectly for every bite.
We’ve ordered several times, usually delivery. Doordash has been the one to deliver in every occasion. I’m not a fan of doordash but we haven’t had any issues so far.

Ordered a large cheese steak no lettuce and a large order of fries. Was given the order and didn’t see fries, ask it the fries were in the box with the sandwich and the guy said yes. Got home and opened the box. To find lettuce all over the sandwich and no French fries. Tried to call multiple times and the phone number is out of order. Drove 20 minutes all the way back over there and told them what happened, didn’t have my receipt because I left everything at home in a hurry and hungry and it was a struggle just to get them to give me the fries. Got a cold order of fries and had to go home and eat a sandwich that was cold by the time I got back with lettuce all over it that I ask them not to put on. The bread was good though. Any decent sandwich shop would have immediately said they were sorry, fixed the problem and offer a fresh sandwich knowing I was going home to eat an old cold one but the people there could barely be bothered to do the minimum to correct the problem.

Make sure you watch if the cooks wash their hands before putting gloves on. Guy walked in from outside went straight to clearing the grill and put on gloves to make food. NO HAND WASHING. GROSS.

Placed an order online. Was greeted upon arrival by a man who spoke no English. He had someone in the back come out and tell me that they couldn’t make my food. That “they were told the grill couldn’t be turned on until 5:00.” I asked for a refund. They said that I would have to do that online. My email receipt says if I have issues to contact the store. So I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. Awful experience and will never be back.
