Brought my family here for their first time. I had been to one of the locations in a mall about a year back.
We were warmly greeted upon entering and asked if we had been there before.
Ordered three sandwiches w fries and a drink, it came out to $28.
The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The fries were great, and the sandwiches were really good. My only gripe would be that the sandwiches could have been a little bigger/fuller but the price wasn’t bad for what we got.
Very friendly service and clean store, will definitely be back.

I have visited this place several more times since my first visit. Basically the food is very good but they give you such little meat for the cost that they charge.

I had the medium Philly cheesesteak sandwich with cheese, grilled onions and Bell peppers ($9.50 +tax). It tasted very good but I was still hungry after eating every bite. For $10, I expect to be at least full after I eat the meal. I don’t expect any leftovers. So either they should give a little bit more meat or they should give some fries. The bathroom lock did not work, the bathroom also was not clean. Employees were friendly. Plenty of parking. There were three tables that would seat four people each inside the place.

Came here to grab a sandwich and ended up having such a bad experience that I had to leave a review. TLdR – To save you some time, there’s a female employee that worked the register on 1/12/24 @4pm that won’t give you a cup of water. She’s all about making the company money in selling you a bottle of water or simply lying that they don’t have any more ice. – End here for the TLdR. I placed my order and (she was reluctant to take my order while on a phone call via her airpod) asked for water and her response was “we have bottles” instead of creating an issue I just ordered a lemonade. When my order was ready she called out my number, I went to grab my food and I went to ask for ketchup for my fries and she turned and walked away without acknowledging me. I sat to eat inside when a woman and her infant came in to order, and when the woman asked for two cups of ice (one for her and one for her child) she lied and said they ran out of ice. The woman obviously knew it was a lie since she witnessed myself and other drink ice filled cups with beverages. So when challenged on it she changed it to “we have no more cups that we use specifically to give ice” and her “supervisor” “Junior” backed up the employee by affirming her lie. Clearly this business is not corporate, because if it is they need to train their employees to have manners, not be engaged in full blown conversations while taking orders to and not lie. Once they got into somewhat of a tizzy all employees disappeared to the back (probably to give each other high fives for how much money they save on ice and cups everyday) and left the store unattended. Here’s a photo for proof. So if you want to come here bring your own water and ice because even if your 4 month old baby needs it they won’t give it to you.

Great customer experience. There was a girl at the register that greeted and helped me as soon as I got to the front. There was also a gentleman (I’d assume either the owner or a manager) who helped me. They were both super friendly. That is so, so rare in the food industry these days. Food was fresh, have to recommend the Old School Philly, fries and Strawberry Lemonade.

I got the Steak Philly Cheesesteak. I ordered no lettuce and tomatoes, but sadly, I also did not get the peppers and mushrooms.
The sandwich was not evenly cooked. Parts were cold, and other parts were warm.
My wife got the California Philly Steak and said it was OK, not great, and not worse. Overall, the experience for both of us was OK.
