I’m usually very picky about my food, but the seasoning and portions is just right every time I come. The way you can choose what to have and what to not have in your sandwich w no charge is such a plus. I enjoy dining in here mostly bc the lights aren’t too harsh and it’s quiet. I wouldn’t say this is a restaurant but it’s doing it for me like if it was one, staff is attentive to what you want and food is always served with a smile

I definitely wouldn’t go so far as to say that they’re the best cheesesteak in the world, as is their slogan, but it was pretty tasty. It’s odd that they, by default, come with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo (the menu doesn’t mention that). The fries were mediocre at best. The girl working their was very friendly!

I should have known better. I only eat at Charley’s as a treat. I think I dealt with the franchise owner. Everything about the guy just gave off a bad vibe then the whole BS with an almost forced tip. Wasn’t even the problem, the sub was just bad. Super salty and cold cheese squirted on and still in perfect lines not melted. I think this experience is the last one for me with Charley’s . I’ll find another chain.

Love this place, I eat here at least once a week. Rimon is fast and perfect worker! The food is amazing, my first time trying this was the Bacon 3 and I recommend it to everyone that comes- it’s clean and staff is friendly.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, Food is nasty and drinks are always watery no gas in any soda. They act nice but really dont care and when you tell them the issue they get an attitude. Last time I will get food from this place!

I love this chain and I am glad to have one closer to me. Today was my first visit since they opened, and it was great! The manager (Raymonde) and my sandwich maker (Mirasal – Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) were excellent!! I even got a mug!!
