Terrible experience and I am one of their most regular customers 3 times a week on average. I ordered a sandwich with an extra steak and the cook literally threw away half of one of the steaks. When I asked about it the woman said I was lying but half the steak was obviously gone. Then I ask for a refund and she says she can’t give me a refund. I informed her that I am a Diabetic, showed her my glucose meter and showed her my blood glucose was dropping and I can’t wait here for 30mins for the manager to arrive and she starts laughing as if my illness etc is a joke. She then gives me a refund the whole time she was laughing like it was all a joke. However I did just discover Kings Original Chicken in the next building and their food is much better tasting and better pr8ced. Had the 5 chicken wing meal which cost me $10….much better than those wings at Charleys….the employees name was Jada.

I got off work pretty late arrived twenty five minutes before closing.I guess that wasn’t a good idea because I felt like no one wanted to help me.And it was to bother for me to be there.So I left, I needed help with my mobile order but I didn’t get the feeling that anyone wanted to help me because it was late.But I give one hundred percent customer service, so long as i’m on the clock or dealing with my customer.I just wish fast food restaurants would hire people with the same energy.Other than that, the place is great and usually got really helpful.People.Just not tonight

I love the food but customer service goes a long way for me! Wasn’t greeted upon arrival, I had a question and said “excuse me” no one answered back. Then whey my order was called, the lady said it so quick and quietly that I didn’t hear. Could’ve been a mistake on my end. But when I sat politely in front of the counter and continued to wait, unaware that my order was ready, someone approached and asked what the order was. I gave her my number and she RUDELY says “it’s over there I’ve been calling it.” What’s the attitude for? I said “sorry I didn’t hear it” and she walked away. Very off putting. Not sure if I’ll be back at this location. But as always, the food is great!

I would of gave them more stars but I can’t believe they want to charge me $1.00 for a cup so I can get water. That sucks. I gave them $2.00 tip also. I guess I’m going to have to cut down on the tip so I can get a cup for

Came in today , and the atmosphere was amazing. I was immediately greeted well by this cashier named Valerie. Young individual with such politeness! Food was great. Love this place.

Really like this place and my kids have started to like it a lot as well. They have pretty good specials and even regular priced items are very fair. If you haven’t had one of their Philly cheesesteaks I’d recommend it, it’s really good. Kids love their boneless wings. And their Louisiana style fries are legit

Id hardly say its the best cheesesteak in the world. It was frozen overchopped beef of sorts ( surely not ribeye) it was tasteless the bread sucked and “ wit wiz” wasnt to be seen. I did eat once at their mall location 20 years ago or more and I definitely would have remembered a train wreck of a meal. I wish i can say better and its not the staffs fault. Its another perfect example of corporate greed and lessening the product. To pay $17.40 for this crap for lunch is inexcusable but this will remain the standard because this is how everything is done when margins get to tighter and the little guys are dropping like flies.. bon jour corporate dining at its best
