I ordered a Prime BBQ Jalepeno Cheesesteak for myself as well a some bone in chicken wings, and an Old School Cheesesteak for my wife. The food was ready when I got there to pick it up at the given time. Little conversation was exchanged, just enough to identify myself so they could get my order, so it’s hard to really evaluate friendliness.
The sandwiches were good, although if my sandwich had jalapeno on it in some fashion, I wasn’t getting any heat whatsoever. I liked the Korean sauce I got on my wings. On the downside, the meat was overcooked so it was tough. When a place goes for crispy skin on wings, it’s hard to get that result without overcooking the meat. I didn’t even select the extra crispy option, so I’m afraid how they might have turned out if I had. I’d definitely get a cheesesteak there again, but not wings.

Recently ordered a sub through instacart what they brought me was nothing but disappointment . They made us up on what looked like a hot dog bun I couldn’t get it out of the box without it falling apart it didn’t taste bad but it was a total mess and way too expensive for the little bit of food I got I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again instacart’s overly expensive as it is probably won’t be using them anymore either oh and I also got fries with cheese and some kind of sauce on it it was okay but it was cold and soggy so the experience wasn’t really what I would call first rate !

Service was good! ☺️ Food was mid! Chicken teriyaki sub was not that great. Wings had absolutely no flavor. Ate 3 took them home and ended up throwing them in the trash. Lemonade was great!

First time I visited this location had just opened, I used thy excuse as poor service.
Moving forward, service has not improved.
My order was one cheesesteak with just meat and cheese, splitting visiting with grandkids.
I told Yasir (hopefully correct spelling)
Two with whatever they come with.
This young man was very sweet but just apparently wasn’t able to comprehend what I was telling him.
I ordered all three sandwiches with fries (no salt).
I also ordered a four piece parmesan, boneless chicken with a fries and a lemonade.
This was to snack on the way home, 35 minutes away.
Luckily, I drove around to get a few photos and try the boneless chicken.
First styrofoam container I opened was a plain sandwich with no fries. No fries?
There wasn’t enough containers to hold fries separately so I decided to look in each container, something I SHOULD have done inside……you learn.
All three sandwiches were plain and the only fries were with the boneless chicken, which I will not order in the future. The chicken breading was super thick and soggy, they were room temperature at best. They just weren’t edible.
I took my order back inside, Yasid insisted that I ordered plain sandwiches. After some back and forth, a young blonde approached the counter and retrieved the sandwiches. The correction was made and I drove home.
Ugh, the sandwiches, although very tasty with plenty of ingredients, I NEVER received the fries!
There will need to be some improvements before I’ll return to this location.
This was an inexpensive meal and not worth the lack of satisfaction.
The restaurant was super clean.
Restrooms were handicapped accessible.
Plenty of sitting inside the dinning area and with high chairs.
I did enjoy the beverage area where you can get you own refills.

Usually I never have a problem at this location but the chick at the window with glasses super grouchy I clearly made my order properly they gave me the complete wrong sandwich and then she acted like angry that I came back to get the proper sandwich that I paid for and then she was rude like it was my fault that she messed up. Maybe if she wasn’t so grouchy at work in the first place she would have got my order right when she put it in the point of sale. She was even rude to the guy making the sandwich yelling at him like it was his fault she put the wrong order in.

Third trip and honestly thought I had done this already. Got the Mangers special this time and it was great. See pic below for details. It’s a lot of food, you will not go hungry. For around $12 with tax it’s hard to beat. Have also had the regular cheese steak and fries. Also a great meal. Three trips and the fries have been hot every time. This will be a regular stop.

Food was absolutely banging. Large sized wings, good amount of sauce, hot food and crispy fries. However, food for two came to a total of $31, and that’s without any drinks. And the workers were kind but a bit slow.

The heavy set white lady with glasses is by far the rudest employee that they have. She does not greet you even after making eye contact with the customers. She seems to always have an attitude like she hates working there. Maybe she likes the discount on food! The black lady who make your food seems to think that her cell phone is more important then getting started on the grill. The both have inappropriate conversations about other employees.

The condition of the restroom certainly contributed to my decision not to return, as the plunger appeared to have been used and was left uncleaned on the floor.
The quality of the food was not particularly impressive. Moreover, the subs seemed to disintegrate quite rapidly.
