Placed a simple to go order . Simple. Even tipped prior to picking up said order . Order was completely wrong and of course I didn’t realize till driving 15 mins back home. They refused to give me a refund or help in any way unless I came back to the store. Not spending an additional 30 mins of wasted time driving around to and from for a sandwich . Will not be visiting again

Did the drive thru, so can’t weigh in on the atmosphere. However, Riddik is an amazing human! He was running that place alone and was still able to get out wonderful food with a smile on his face and was so nice and extremely polite! To be honest: he turned a bad visit into a great one! This is the BEST food and service I’ve ever received at Charley’s!! If he isn’t a manager… Charley’s doesn’t deserve him!! Thank you Riddik!

Ordered at the drive thru. No one else in the drive thru. I pulled to the window. No one was there. After several minutes, a man walked from the dining room with a spray bottle and a towel. He put them away. Didn’t wash his hands. Then went to lean on the front counter and play on his phone. Didn’t look or acknowledge me there. And still no one came to the window. After a long time, I left. Horrible service.

I thought I posted this the day of, and really making it a point because this place has such potential to succeed. The chain itself, is great food, so I was really excited to know we had one closer than Altamonte Mall. This visit was very embarrassing since I brought along a friend and just raved about how good this chain is.
We get there early and the door is closed, we looked through the window door and saw no one, also knocked on door before returning to car. Then I thought we’ll try drive-thru and a lady asked for our orders. I asked if they were open for inside service, she advised they were. I advised her the door is closed. I parked and as I am walking toward the door from the other side of business, I see the young lady running to open the door that was closed.
Upon entry, the whole place looks abandoned, finally see someone passing by and looked at me several times not even asking if I had been taken care of. (Shaking my head) Finally placed my order, and after raving so much to my friend, the order was wrong. I explained to the lady, and she went and talked with manager. Finally get my order and stayed and dined in.
This place has such potential to WIN!! however due to your employees lacking the energy and motivation, I hope the owners read these reviews. Your staff would benefit in consumer service approaches instead of hiding in the back with one side of the business closed. BAD BUSINESS practices!!!

We’ve been there twice now and on both occasions the cheesesteaks we’re great. Sandwiches were fresh hot and full of meat cheese and toppings. Both visits were through the drive-thru so as far as atmosphere goes I couldn’t really tell. Everything seemed to be clean and orderly as far as I could tell through the drive-thru window. The associate who took my and filled my order was very pleasant and obviously working as quickly as they could.

So after excitedly waiting for this to open and having a free afternoon with my son. We visited this new establishment today. Unfortunately I must say I was not impressed. I got the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak with fries and my son got the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. Both sandwiches were smothered in their respective sauces. Mine came with fried onions that you could tell came right out of a package and even more they were cold like out of the cooler. My son said all he could taste was the Buffalo sauce. The French fries were good, they were warm, crispy and a nice amount of salt. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. But the dining area itself while it was clean. It was void of any type of decorations or music. Right now I am undecided as to whether I will give it another try.

This was my 2nd time ordering from this Charlie’s. I do not feel that it is as good as the one in Altamonte mall. The first time I got from this location was when they first opened. The food was not the best but I figured because I drove home it didn’t taste 100%. It also just didn’t taste the same as from the other store location. Today I just wanted an order of cheese fries and I got my food and started to eat while in my car and I felt my food wasn’t warm enough. The fries were tasting as if it sat in the oil too long and the cheese did not seem to be enough or warm enough. I was not pleased the more I ate and just decided to stop eating my fries all tougher.

We arrived at this location with no greeting no, hi hold on a sec or anything! Only 1 person eating in the dining room and 2 in the drive thru we waited 15-20 min with the cook and the cashier looking over at us like we were invisible. Finally the cashier was at the drive thru and ask us hold on a minute.. we waited a few minutes and left. Horrible service.. we will not return to this location!!!
