Tried ordering wings an hour before they close because they are affordable and what my elderly mother can eat without getting sick. Jennifer said they close the fryers down at 9 pm every night. I said half the menu disappears an hour before closing? That’s bad for business. Jennifer didn’t care, I asked for a member of leadership and she said no managers were on duty. How can you run a store, give refunds, or do anything without leadership? Jennifer picked up her cell phone and started texting someone. Just rude and careless and when I asked for the managers name she said “I don’t know their name.” After asking for clarification on the lie she told me, she said Carlos. Called the store just now and no one answered. Tried calling customer service but it’s just a form to enter an order information, and because the lazy employees didn’t want to stay an extra 15 minutes afterwards and pay for the labor through sales, they decided to make decisions they don’t have a right to make without leadership. I’d love someone who runs this place to contact me. As for now, me and my friends view this place as a 1 star osat.

Had a very simple order. Two cheese steaks with ONLY CHEESE MEAT & ONIONS!!! NOTHING ELSE.
So they made it with everything including lettuce tomato & mayonnaise.

Have had decent orders in the past, but tonight was atrocious. The meat on the cheese steaks tasted old or “like cigarette butts smell” as my mother put it. The bread was pale, undercooked, and not toasted. The boneless chicken wings were completely dried out like they had been under a heat lamp all day and they tasted off. The side of cheese with the fries was separated and crusty brown at the top. The fries had no seasoning at all. It was just all horrible. Everyone ended up throwing away their food after a couple of bites.
Like I said, I’ve had okay food from here before, but this was all so bad that I really don’t trust this place to have any sense of food safety, much less quality.

Ordered online and wanted sandwich (Buffalo chicken) customized. Sandwich wasn’t prepared properly and there was entirely too much Buffalo sauce and zero ranch/mayo on the sandwich. Fries were garbage. Upon picking up the food I asked if there was ketchup and the girl at the register couldn’t even be bothered to speak, and just pointed at the drink machine area. No straw in bag for drink. No fork in bag for fries. No napkins. I can see why this place has bad reviews especially with the customer service. Really like Charley’s food but will not come back to this store. One star due to not having negative stars option
