I had a great experience here! I came on a Friday night (no one was in line), and I received my food in less than 10 minutes! The guy was really nice who took my order, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Philly steak combo, and it was more than enough to fill me up. There were some fries overflowing from the cup that were hot and fresh. The sandwich had the right amount of steak and was sooo good! Someone bought my food (takeout order) over to where I was sitting, which I appreciated. The store was clean as well. I’ll definitely be back to try their wings!

I actually really been sleeping on Charley’s… I usually go here for lunch and order the Chickyphilly combo. You can’t go wrong with their Chicken Philly and their fries whewww especially fresh (no salt) which i prefer. I recently tried the Chicken buffalo and yes they are my go to for a Philly!!!! The service is usually quick for me. Their drinks are great too!!! The interior is always clean.

They have pretty good cheesesteaks, however, I would recommend ordering in person and checking your order before you leave if you like your food customized. I’ve ordered several times via delivery and the app and it’s a gamble as to if you will have it made correctly. I prefer extra cheese & meat and I pay extra for such. As you can see that’s not what I got. The first time this happened was through GrubHub and I was refunded my money that I paid extra for. This is the second time and I ordered through the app for in person pick up and still not correct. Just heed my warning and go in to order. Also check everything down to your drinks to make sure it’s accurate.

Went for first time it is a new location.. service had two young ladies the one who waited on my did not even address me at all I said good afternoon she said nothing did not offer a smile (cost nothing) no welcome or anything turned me off since I’m well over 60.. anyway . She gave me my change never said thank you.. turn off.. I had to asked for napkins when I got my bag to go.. she never said anything like I was bothering her .. anyway I will return because food is good but if I see her ..Iay just go next door to eat.. it’s with a try good luck with customer service though from the counter girls needs training then the place would be 5 stars..

My name is Lisa and I went to this place because my daughter and I wanted some wings, I love their wings and prior to me coming there I told the guy his name is Broic I believe I told him the situation and he yelled at me and said I came here before and said the same thing over and over again – when I said ti you how disappointed I was ;( I really truly was now prior to me coming there before he was very flirty, and asked me so many questions , I ignored him this time around but my daughter came in honestly and she bought wings, but they gave her a flats He says that the order was not wrong and that I was lying and I was hurt because this was one of the first places that I went to when I first moved here, I had them for a whole two weeks month an then tonight I asked him for the number he said, go outside and look for it. It’s on the door. He’s not giving it to me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire life by any employer, a little he stares too much. He was very, very, very, very disrespectful evasive and rude to me , I just couldn’t believe it. I would never as long as I live ever encourage anybody to visit this location in men Allen on dominion Blvd he called me a liar. He wouldn’t give me the number so I can speak to another person who was more sensible than him, but this is absolutely the worst place to visit and I live around here, but I’ll never return back there.

Wow! The food was made fresh when ordered. The chicken wings were more expensive than I expected but they were decently sized and the thai chili sauce was delectable. With that, the original chicken philly, was the bomb!

Atmospher okay and service polite but i ordered a large old school steak add provolone and theres no cheez wiz which comes on the sandwich. Also no extra steak which also comes on sandwich so here are pics of worst cheesesteak.
Edit they did remake when i went up there and it was good this. Going with overall a 3.5 stars
