New Charley’s Cheesesteak and Wings has opened up at the Crossroads Shopping Center. The space is bright, inviting and welcoming to customers. There is two spacious “all genders” restrooms. The menu is pretty clear, either chicken or steak. A vast menu of fries and drink options. There was an altercation between two customers when I first got to the restaurant. The two individuals never got into a physical confrontation just verbally threatening each other. One of the individuals as he was leaving broke the front door glass window and both individuals fled the area. Not sure what started the incident nor what happened to the individual who broke the glass door. My order as well as everyone else was held up as we all stood in shock as to what we all just witnessed. I hope that this situation was a random incident and not anything on going. I’ve never felt my safety was in danger in this area, as I do frequent the entire strip of stores. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The staff call the police and within minutes there was two Fairfax County officers on scene. My meal was a small Philly cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo with a side of French fries. My meal was fresh, delicious and tasteful. Would rate the entire situation a 9/10 with the deduction on the security lapses with the irate individual. Would invite anyone in the area to check out this Charley’s Cheesesteak and Wings, you will enjoy the experience (food). Thanks!

Have been to this location several times and the employees there have a bad staring problem. From the second I walk in they just like to stare at you and it seems as if they’re talking about you in Spanish. One of the employees also let me know that I cannot charge my phone for some reason??? They are just weird and need to be trained better.

Charleys is a good go-to for a quick cheesesteak. Meat and cheese were well cooked, portions were filling, and the menu has plenty of options. Service was quick and the place was clean. Would come back.

The place it’s self is wonderful , the food is amazing thanks to the cooks , but one June 18th at 5:19 there was two lady’s standing at the front taking orders the one with curly hair and she’s tall kept starring at me and my boyfriend and when I would look over she would giggle and start talking to her friend who was bagging orders , this type of behavior is unacceptable!!! I will most definitely pass this word all over social media so people are aware of this location and the service it brings which is trash !!!!

placed an order online for delivery, after a while it sent me a message stating it was delayed and my delivery time had changed. Then the office called me to tell me they canceled my order, KEPT MY MONEY, and decided to personally start texting my number telling me to contact myself door dash to schedule another delivery after the store canceled my order without my consent. never sent me a cancelation notice, kept my money no refund was made. do not order here. will be disputing with my bank. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL do not order specially online they will cancel your order and keep your money.

this place is excellent and deserves a high rating. The service here is almost on par with a full restaurant and the food is always great. Not to mention Charley’s cheeseteaks are better than most places in Philly.
