They’re typically pretty good but not today. I ordered a chicken Philly with bacon that I paid extra for. I got a Philly cheesesteak without bacon. If it weren’t for the snow I would’ve gone back.

i had a really good experience at Charleys Philly Steaks, the food was fresh and very delicious, especially the cheesesteak and the fries, I also tried the milkshakes and they were really good—very creamy and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. I hope they always keep working with that great attitude.

Don’t order to go or delivery. This place is a ripoff. I didn’t order a combo. I specifically asked for 2 separate side of regular fries. Yet they still put it in the box with my cheesesteak. I paid $2.79 for each side of regular fries and this is the amount they give me. Also i paid $12+ for one of the cheesesteak i ordered and it barely even have any meat on one side. They really need to do better. It’s definitely not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

chicken was not hot or chopped up like a usual chicken philly, it was not even hot when i got it and i didn’t even order delivery i went in the store to order. friendly service but the presentation of my sandwich was not up to par and luke warm – milkshake was perfect tho
