I placed my order through the mobile app and expected a smooth pickup. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for them to process and prepare two simple orders, even though there were no customers before or after me. The long wait time didn’t make much sense given how quiet the place was.
On top of that, I requested light ice for my drink, but the cup ended up being about two-thirds ice. At that point, I honestly have to ask — is that what they consider “light ice”?
These may seem like small details, but they matter, especially when using mobile ordering, where accuracy and efficiency are expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing enough that it affects my willingness to return.

Stopped in for a sub, fell in love with the environment. What a cool place, the manager is the sweetest person. He let my son get behind the counter and make a couple subs for customers! That little bone head kept getting the orders wrong so the business probably lost a lot of money due to refunds, but those were the best 5 hours of my kids life. Sorry about breaking the soda machine I really didn’t know about pushing all of the buttons at once.

This is so disgusting! The boneless were so oily and old!! They need to change the manager, the tables were so dirty and sticky we ask to clean it and they clean it with a dirty towel! Smells disgusting

The food and the people here are amazing! Charleys is always my go to. The buffalo chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite and the chicken is very juicy!!! Definitely a must if you are trying for the first time

Well. Let’s just say it’s nothing even close the the pics they advertise. Meat is low grade processed whatever it is. The cheesesteak was really small too. Absolutely not as advertised and low grade for certain. Won’t eat hear again.

This was my first time at this place. After shopping, I was hungry, so I decided to pick up something to eat. I was excited to try something new, but I was super disappointed. The chicken teriyaki sub I ordered was terribly salty! There should be a high sodium warning. Also, the portion size was incredibly small for the price. Nothing comes with the sub, which is lame. Although the cashier was friendly, the team behind the scenes does not seem friendly. The bag with the food inside was cold. Overall, it was not good. Please work on these things and ensure Charley’s cheesesteaks are awesome!

I was shopping in Walmart and was super hungry after so I decided to grab a bite to eat. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean and well kept. The person taking my order was super friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was made fresh and everything I ate was delicious. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend to come here!
