Wow, I’ve always known this location has terrible customer service but today is just the icing on the cake. My partner went to order a peach lemonade & a snack I was craving while I finished checking out & I asked him to grab me a cup with ice and a top for my drink ( I am pregnant I don’t drink from fountains ) so when I went to check on him I was told they charged him for a lemonade instead of giving a cup for ice! When I proceeded to ask for the lemonade Esau charged me for, he told me I would have to dump out my apple juice and then he would put lemonade in the cup he already gave me. So rude, disrespectful & completely uncalled for! To continue to have an employee at your establishment that for months racks up these complaints goes to show the negligence of this location. Please, do better!

Was just served by I think a kid that has some serious issue with the customers, not sure if it’s personal or mental, I am not sure what his name is as he did not have a name tag but my receipt says employee: Esau. I can only remember his prominent ears, as he appear to have the inability to greet me, look at my face, or even be courteous in the moment of taking my order. I appreciate the effort of Charley’s to give opportunities to troubled people like him, but I think they should at least have a name tag with a warning, as he not only showed a terrible demeanor, he verbally said “I’m asking you and you don’t answer” with a very angry tone, but there was no way for me to know if he is looking at the floor the entire time, I would make an effort to read his lips but it was impossible. This is a location I come constantly, I would like to at least know which schedules to avoid encountering this crew member Esau.

Why are the employees so angry at this location? Esau’s attitude at the time of taking my order was terrible. Get this kid some training or have him far from customers. So disgusted lost my appetite. Also chicken teriyaki was SOAKED in terikayi sauce, looked so disgusting it almost looked intentional.

17 dollars for a regular cheese steak, fries, and a soda. The cheese steak had absolutely no flavor. The ultimate fries were cold the bacon on them was practically raw. Absolute trash food. Robbing people for their money.

Went to Charleys today, and got a Bacon 3 Cheesesteak with the original combo, and I can’t even put into words how amazing the cheesesteak was. The cheese fries were okay, and there is also lemonade, iced tea, and soda. The slushee machine was temporarily broken, but that’s ok. Good job, Charleys 🙂
