People that work there are nice and they make them quick so I added a star for that. But Most pathetic excuse for a cheesesteak ever . Look at the picture – now given this is a small one and I asked for it plain for my kid – but damn! I wouldn’t have the nerve to serve something like this. Just charge more for more meat or take it off the darn menu. I wasn’t expecting much but If you live in bayonne just go to literally any other Italian or cold cut spot and they will give you a better cheesesteak.

We happened to be going to Burger King because a friend wanted a burger. Then I looked to my right, and there was Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings. I was a little hungry because it was like 4:30. So, before he went inside Burger King, I said, “Let’s check this place out.”
The interior of the place reminds you of any other fast food. The menu is above, and I was greeted by a very nice young lady. After seeing what was on the menu, I decided to get the Chipotle Crispy Chicken. I asked for the Cheesestake to bring home for someone, and they messed the order up and gave the Chicken Cheesstake. That was a big no, no.
The sandwiches were wrapped very nicely and they taste was great. I could really taste Chipotle, which was mild, even though I like spicy. How long did it take for them to make my order, less than 5 minutes.
Will I go back, yes, and also remind them they messed up the order. My overall rating for Charleys Cheesestake and Wings: 7.5 out of 10. Check them out for a quick lunch meal.

Charley’s Philly cheesesteaks sandwich is the best Philly cheesesteak you’ll ever taste. Since they opened in Bayonne and we’re always here. Kids loved their kids’ meals. And the best drink is the strawberries lemonade. Highly recommended to eat their delicious foods. You won’t regret it. Thank you.

I am very bothered an un pleased by the staff. I walked into the restaurant at 920pm the store closes at 930pm and the young lady at the register that refused to give me her name said there not making any sandwiches because there closed but clearly im in the store. So i ask for a manager and they say there is no manager on duty. How is there establishment running with no manager. She then speaks in Spanish to her coworker. He comes over he says they are closed but the door is still open, he can’t do nothing for me. So I ask what his name he walks away. I ask the girl and she screams to him whats his name, real funny so she lies and says Jose because when he walked back I ask him again and he some name in Spanish that I can’t pronounce. That was disrespectful to me and rude. Very poor service and that staff needs to be reevaluated.

The food here is garbage. After almost placing a uber order wich was about $50.00 we decided to just call and place the order and pick it up so we saved about $17.00 bucks wich was not bad. When i get home with the food me and my girlfriend noticed the food wasnt even cooked right. The mozzarella sticks was still not cooked at all. The fries was soggy. Overall its a waste of money. They need to close this spot and stop feeding bayonne garbage food.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. When I got to the store my order was ready and bagged. I took the bag and went home only to find half my order was missing. I ordered 4 cheesesteaks and only got 2. Had to drive back to the store and the staff was unapologetic. Last time I go to this store.

I have visited Charley’s Bayonne twice and both times I had a positive experience.
The first time I was there I dined-in. They have a huge dine in area with lots of tables. The order was ready within 10 minutes and my wife and I enjoyed our Philly cheesesteaks.
I downloaded their app and created an account which gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase so I ordered through the app and picked up. This time I ordered a Bacon Cheesesteak which was also tasty. As soon as I arrived (approximately 10 minutes after I had placed the order) the order was ready and properly packed with each cheesesteak in a separate box (much better than Subway’s packaging). I also ordered a side of cheese sauce but I do not recommend it. It was cold and tasteless, much different than Wendy’s cheese sauce.
Both times I visited were on a weekend early afternoon and both times the place was dead. I’m not sure if it gets busier later or during weekdays but I hope this business survives because I definitely recommend it.
