It definitely isn’t worth the price.
Didn’t have any flavor like a decent cheese steak or, in this case, chicken. No flavor. Just taste like bread.
The fries were ok. It’s probably better without the cheese.
I wasn’t expecting much since it is mall.

We were at the food court at Clackamas Towne Center today trying to figure out where to eat. It was a tough choice since it’s all chain fast food, basically. My wife and I love cheesesteaks and someone in line said “everything is great here” when I asked what she was ordering. So we went for it.
We split a large Philly cheesesteak that came with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, along with provolone cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I usually don’t get lettuce and tomato on my cheesesteaks, but I’m glad I did this time because the cheesesteak was so small and lacking substance like meat (!) that the largest (12”???) actually turned out to be more of a small. See the photos and notice the one half thet looks like half of the fillings are missing. It was disappointing, but the taste was pretty good. Not too bad and about what you’d expect at a food court. I don’t recommend this place and would never go back again, but the fries were good. And the service – everyone was friendly. Don’t go here. Go to Steakadelphia on Powell St. and you will be happy!

During a recent visit to the Clackamas Town Center with my kids, we decided to try out Charlys Cheesesteaks. What caught my attention was their convenient kiosk ordering system, which definitely streamlined the process. I opted for the steak Philly with vegetables, and I must say, the flavor was fantastic. The addition of fresh vegetables really elevated the experience. However, while the sandwich was the highlight of the meal with its great taste and execution, the other items fell short. The peach lemonade, although decent, lacked the promised peach flavor, and the ultimate fries were disappointingly soggy and overly salty, possibly due to the bacon and cheese wiz toppings. Despite these minor setbacks, the friendly staff and the delicious sandwich make me willing to give Charlie’s another chance in the future.

I have to start this by saying do not buy these sandwiches if you are not going to eat it right there. This part was definitely my mistake as a 1st time ordering from here.
If your thinking of ordering through door dash or grubhub it isn’t worth it. Within 5 mins the bread is so mushy its falling apart and you have to eat it with a fork.
That being said, the one I ordered tasted bland and was flattened. It had so much sauce on it, it seeped through the wrap and got all over the bag and contents in the bag. The bacon cheese fries I ordered came without the cheese on it but they made sure to send the two extra cheese dips I paid for so I guess there is that. The fries were not crisp more like floppy and really soft whixh just isnt something I personally prefer. all in all I won’t buy from here again if you like food with little flavor, soggy and floppy… you will love it.

I love Philly Cheese steak sub. I live in Vancouver Washington. When I went to Clarkamas town center and I saw Charleys cheesesteak I was so happy.!! My friend Jay is owner in Florida Charleys cheesesteak. He always said If you find a Charleys in your areas please try it. So I said I will but I can’t find in Vancouver WA. Finally I found Charleys in Oregon. I ordered Philly cheese sandwich large. It’s a huge and big portion. So delicious and yummy. I love it. My youngest daughter loves fries.

One of my favorite sandwich places to eat at! I almost always get the same thing when eating here which is a Bacon 3 Cheese Steak sandwich with green peppers added and I love there 3 different lemonades with fresh fruit inside. There aren’t many of these food joints in the Northwest. I wish there were more locations. They are found mostly on military bases. Awesome fries, great drinks, and amazing Philly sandwiches.

I have to admit this was the best Philly Cheesesteak I have had since having one in Philadelphia. They literally make it right in front of you, it’s very affordable for the portion you get. The staff are fairly friendly and no waits both times I came to this location recently.
