If there was a option for “No stars that is what would be earned. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and unfortunately, it was the worst I have ever experienced. The sandwich lacked any sauce, suggesting it was prepared incorrectly. Only one bite of the sandwich had any spice, indicating that the sauce was applied inadequately, rather than the meat being properly prepared in the sauce. It appeared that the staff was more focused on closing procedures than on delivering quality service. This was a regrettable $20 spent. Furthermore, the operating hours displayed on Google are incorrect; it states a 7:00 PM closing time, yet at approximately 5:40 PM, Charley’s appeared to be expediting its closure in a race against Subway. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I usually enjoy Charley’s, but this time they were out of bread, the grill appeared dirty and I found multiple long hairs in my wheat tortilla wrap which influenced me to throw half of it in the trash. Overall a disappointing lunch.

asked for spicy lemon pepper wings, gave me regular lemon pepper then when I said something she asks “is it okay if i just put it on top?”, I asked if she could mix it up in the wings then she just hands me the bottle of hot sauce
also asked for cheese and bacon fries, they gave me plain fries, they also forgot my ranch.
10/10 would definitely go back.

We got the chicken sandwich specials. My sister ordered n paid. She told the lady what we wanted as sides lettuce, tomatoes and mushrooms. When we got our sandwiches, there was no mayonnaise or ranch dressing like the sign said!! When I asked the lady if could have some mayonnaise and why didn’t have, she told me u ordered no mayonnaise!!?? So she gave me a cup of ranch dressing. She could have asked if we wanted any spreads when we ordered!! We have had this sandwich many times at the NEX location and always loved it. Will not go back to this location.

The price to make a sandwich into a combo (fries and a drink) was increased to $7.09 and there is no signage about it. The sandwich is good but a drink and small amount of fries isn’t worth the increase.

I’ve been there multiple times, they’ve gotten to know me and regularly ring up my order in record times. I’ve never had any complaints with the food. The only problem is that one of the ladies who works there often messes up orders, but you can see it as they ring it in so you can correct her. They’re all really friendly.

My entire family love Charley’s, the quality are amazing, love the teriyaki chicken sooo yummers. I can eat at Charley’s everyday no doubt with that. But earlier today something happened that I probably won’t forget for the rest of my life, we went to this place for dinner got our order, got confused so I ask the supervisor it was flor, left cause she was being rude, join my family, again not sure if we ordered drink asked my daughter to go and try ask but then she just bla bla bla bla yelling at my daughter face. Really?! She is too much she should always treat customers with respect. We pay for our food we’re not just asking it for free. OMG is it really hard to just explain it to us nicely?…Florence your a working supervisor you should know better!

I give it a 3 stars because the sandwich was good except for the fries. Was highly disappointed. The lack of cheese, the tomatoes weren’t even diced, barely ranch. Paid extra $5 for the deluxe fries completely not worth it.
